My go to drink -- iced or frozen white lightning! Love me some BIGGBY! Sandwich wise--ham and cheese bragel on Asiago! The bragel is great as a breakfast sandwich or for lunch! I was so happy to see a coffee shop near my hotel. There's a drive-thru but I wanted to go inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me as soon as I entered. The space is bright and colorful with ample seating. The menu offers a variety of espresso drinks, hot chocolate, smoothies, snacks and more. I always get a honey cinnamon oat milk latte wherever I go. However, they were out of oat milk so I opted for a hot large honey cinnamon soy milk latte. My drink was ready within minutes. This location on Beckley offers a drive through but I went inside. A good amount of seating and some folks clearly getting their morning meetings on while drinking coffee. Cool. The usual espresso-based drinks in a variety of flavors. Drip coffee is self-serve with a few different flavors of coffee plus the usual spectrum of dairy add-ins available. Most disappointing BIGGBY ever. I ordered a black iced coffee and was given iced tea, only to be questioned by the barista when I returned the drink. I was provided with another drink that appeared darker in color but was NOT coffee. It was so nasty that I gave up and left. Do not waste your money here. I'm so sick of rude! I bought my coffees and because the guy at the register was so nice I left a good tip. My mistake. The gal at the pick up counter was awful. I asked if the restrooms were open. She said no. I asked if they knew any bar there that were. She snapped at me and said theirs weren't open!! They gave me iced coffee with a big slit in the cup. Coffee everywhere including my hand, jeans and new white canvas shoes. First time wearing them. No apology, offer of a paper towel, nothing!!! Rudest treatment and I will never go back. Been to this Biggby only 5 times and this is the 2nd time that I've got someone else's drink through the drive-thru. I paid for a 24oz but got a 20oz and it wasn't even my order. I was in a hurry and didn't notice till I took a drink. Glad I spent $7 on a drink I couldn't even drink. I'll drive all the way to the other shops when I am trying to treat myself.... read more

Strawberry Red Bull Creme Freeze Smoothie. My addiction. I get this drink at many Biggby's and this location by far makes it the best. I want the strawberry flavor and this location was not shy. I get the real strawberries so yes there will always be a little inconsistency but they made sure I got the flavor. The staff is always friendly, and I always find that at most locations. While I've always loved Beaners/Biggby, I wouldn't say their espresso is my favourite--and it's pricey. Now that they have cold brew, however, it IS my favourite. (I don't think it's on the menu, but they have it. Just ask.) This location doesn't have nitro, but they are always friendly and the cold brew is good. I just wish they had opened sooner, when I lived right up the street. Glad to see more coffee shops in BC, anyway. read more

Salted caramel late is the best. Cute spot off the beaten road. Better than Starbucks version. Quite good. It's seasonal though. Enjoyed the white hot chocolate with salted caramel. Small space, but cozy. read more

You pay so much for a coffee you really wanna make sure you like it. I watched an employee lie straight to my face about how much espresso they put in my Triple Tall latte. They only put two firstly and second they were using old ten ounce cups instead of the traditional shot glasses which using the ten ounce cups destroy crema and flavor of the espresso. read more

Everyone here seems super nice and attentive. I think this is one of the better biggby's I've been too in the area. The inside is usually quite clean and free of clutter. The drinks and food are always fresh. read more

This location is under new ownership as of March 2018, and they have made several improvements! The drive thru is much quicker lately, the baristas are friendly, and as always, the coffee is the BEST! read more

Tried to like this location but more then half the time my order is wrong and staff rude when asked to remake the 6.00 + drink. I have tried walk in to avoid errors and having to return to have them fix it or just throw away the expensive drink, but so often I hear the baristas talking crap about customers it is just not a good atmosphere to relax at all. But if you wanna give them $ and get whatever drink they wanna give you and get your daily dose of negativity there make sure to check out this location!!! read more

Very clean, large area for gathering or studying. Drinks were similar to what I have experienced at other bigbys however batistas seemed more concerned about themselves than the customers, however I noticed that this location is newer so I'm sure the kinks are getting out. read more

This is a general review of the Bigby's and not this particular one (i'm posting this to the ones I used to visit. First let me say I was a faithful bigby supporter as I live in Michigan and the chain is from here I thought of it as the best "local franchise" vs "other guy". In fact, my usual drink is an americano (espresso and water) and it was actually more expensive than Starbucks! but I still went to bigbys to help local guy but... RECENTLY: they changed and dramatically increased prices! So now 3 shots of expresso and water are $4+!!!! Starbucks is only 3.15 (including tax). Slight increase I can understand but this is crazy especially since startucks tastes better and is less money... it's a no brainer. If you want to paid way overpriced espresso then this is the place for you. read more

Service was friendly and fast. Drinks were as ordered and tasted great. Overall codition of service area was good. Restroom was lacking and in need is cleaning and repairs (i.e. dirty floor and walls, no paper towel, sink was dirty, caulking was pulling out of sink, toilet was dirty). read more

So usually I get good service at biggby but not this one today. I ordered a cappuccino that was four dollars and some change. Literally more then half of the coffee was foam!! When she handed me the coffee thru the drive thru it was very light so I was confused at first then I pulled forward and was like what the hell!!! So I parked and went inside and sad my cappuccino I just ordered was more then half foam they proceeded to tell me that a cappuccino is 80% foam. WTF why would someone order a 80% foam coffee. I left after that cause they were not willing to help or give me another drink. I then asked several friends who that had been or are baristas (one that worked for biggby previously) about this they said no way that it should only 30% foam at the most. So I will not be going back there anytime soon I will definitely be taking my business to Starbucks. I would much rather spend five dollars there for a coffee thats great then for a lot of foam and no coffee otherwise. read more

Typical Biggby, not very comfortable atmosphere but the coffee is a bit better than average. Service at this location is fine but the younger staff can be a bit to loud when discussing their personal dramas which I really don't want to hear. Biggby really needs to warm up the atmosphere in their locations. Over the past few years the look and vibe has gotten harsh. I remember the very first Beaners and it was better. First the name change then everything seemed to change as the chain grew and not for the better. Time to reevaluate a few things I think. read more
