AVOID THIS PLACE!! Took a friend to dinner for his birthday…read more Saw the decent reviews and had expected a good meal. Unfortunately the reviews are misleading. The food was universally terrible. The broiled haddock was tasteless and over cooked. The chicken parm had an off flavor, was tough and was grilled with no breading. I asked for the manager who came over from the bar where he had been drinking. He explained that they grill the chicken parm. Huh? Even though it says "breaded" on the menu. I told him it wasn't good. He told me I was wrong. LOL Oh OK. I can see why it was mostly empty tables in this place. I'm sure these positive reviews are staff and friends. These women also work with the speed and efficiency of a well oiled machine, even with the restaurant packed I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5min to get my meal. I am a pretty boring person so I always get the same thing (turkey bacon guacamole wrap, no guacamole, the women there told me to order it this way to save a couple bucks because it's actually more expensive to order a turkey wrap add bacon ) and they wrap my wrap perfectly. I've been to other subways where it's as if the person making it has never wrapped a wrap in their life, not holding together/food falling out/a complete mess, but the women at this subway nail it every single time!! I come to this subway maybe once a week if not more because of their excellent service, delicious food, and the wonderful ladies!

Back in my delivery days, I was always impressed with the freshness and variety of ingredients,…read moretoppings & dressings. The service also was always super-friendly and speedy. Today was the first time I finally got to try their salad myself: got my "Own It" bowl for lunch, and it was just about as good as I'd expected. Everything was fresh (no slimy lettuce or brown avocado or other icky stuff), the portion is *ginormous*, i.e. could easily feed two adults for lunch, and the dressing tasty. My only criticisms would be that the 'roasted corn' was decidedly not - just your regular ole corn, and the kale needs to be treated to a spa day or at least a massage. It was like chewing lawn trimmings. However, those are two minor issues that won't prevent me from getting another salad in the future (minus the lawn trimmings, perhaps), as there are several other combos & dressings waiting to be tasted. Definitely recommended if ya like yer salad ;-)
