After making my takeout order she talked with me for 20 minutes about her family, business (has operated this restaurant for 53 years!), and travels. On top of that, she made everything with one hand while wearing a cast from surgery from last week. Such a neat character, restaurant, and amazing food.

It had a few croutons and very little cheese. When I say very little cheese, I didn't see and cheese, but it did string out when I pulled the spoon next to my mouth. I then had the Wrangler Burger. It was pretty good, but the hamburger patty hadn't been seasoned before frying. Again, it lacked seasoning, which is the theme for the whole dinner. I will say the type of bun was very good and grilled just right. My wife had spaghetti and meatballs. She said the pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good. The meatballs were tough and dry. I would guess they were microwaved. And one more thing, check your tables. Ours rocked back and forth to an extreme. Once a week, level the tables. This was hands down the worst Gyro I have ever tasted. Not close. There are no competitors. The Tzatziki, which I ordered an extra side of, is also the worst Tzatziki sauce I've had. Just tastes dull, no pop from the lemon or garlic and no discernable mint or dill. I mean the sauce is pure white, so I'm pretty sure they do not use mint or dill in the recipe. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I worked a long day and thought I was taking a safe bet on one of not only my favorite food items but one that was also my father's favorites. I've been eating Gyros on the regular for more than 40 years now and I travel for work so I eat them all over.
