First of all the customer service, they were rude and blantently disrespectful to my mom and me and my girlfriend when we gave the cashier $40 she tried giving us a $17 gift card and when we told her no and try to pay with exact change instead she also said no to that and then when we asked why they tried to tell us to go load the money on the card and come back and pay, and I don't know if it's because of this or not, but they got our drinks. I got a nutty, yeti and it came completely wrong missing the nutmeg, nuts, cinnamon, and probably the flavoring and my mom ordered a chai tea and as she said it is un drinkable and my girlfriend ordered a Red Bull infusion and that's the only thing that came good, but that's the only thing that doesn't take skill to make just get robbed doesn't make customers fault and just cause you get robbed doesn't mean you be blatantly disrespectful to the people ordering from your establishment read more

Well unless you are a regular trying to order let alone pay is beyond confusing. Employees were very rude as if I should know things like I won't receive change it goes on a gift card. The service was terrible. The 2 ladies working there were very rude and sarcastic while explaining the no change & no coin policy, pointing irritatingly at the small policy sign after we ordered. My boyfriend got the Nutty Yeti, expecting nuts, caramel, and cinnamon. He didn't get any of those, or the specified syrups. It only tasted like a shitty coffee. His mother got a chai tea that she claims to be undrinkable. I didn't try it, obviously, but she was very disappointed. The ladies were also disrespectful when we asked for an ice water for the very obvious service dog in the passenger seat. They said no, and offered a bottle of water instead. Coffee is important to me and people are important to me. This Bigfoot on Portland has it all. I have been going to this Bigfoot Java pretty much every day for a couple of years now, and my experience here is incredible. I most commonly drink black americanos so the taste of the shots really matter. The baristas here take special care to make sure the machines are set right and shots are pulled right for the coffee to taste amazing. Service is amazing, all the ladies here are great, happy, funny, have good recommendations when I want to try something new, and genuinely care about everyone that comes through. Megan, Megan, Morgan, Kayla, and Sam to name a few, all amazing, plus the others that aren't there as often when I come through. I can't recommend this place enough! My beef is with corporate, who are not providing the tools to their staff and putting them in a bad position with customers Your ice machine has been broken for 5 months. It's summer, people want iced drinks. You have made no effort to fix the situation, you ask your staff to pick up ice before their shift and don't pay them for their time. Then you add insult to injury and build a brand new state 9f the art location only a few miles away and leave this location, without working equipment and in dire need of renovation You just raised your prices again, I think you can afford to replace an ice machine. It makes those of you in charge look like you don't care about your staff and in a people business like this one, they are your most valuable assets. This location is particularly important as it serves the regional office of the state patrol, a large pierce county sheriff station, several fire stations and a busy industrial area. This location is always busy, day and night. I am appalled that a company that prides itself on local hometown values, is treating it's staff and customers this way. No excuses anymore. A coffee shop has to have an ice machine. This has nothing to do with supply issues. I called 2 local supply businesses today and was told the equipment was in stock and ready for delivery. Do yourselves, your staff and your customers a favor and stop being so damn cheap. 4 if your staff have left due to this issue and several others are talking that way. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst Big Foot, well worst coffee place, there is. They are rude, super slow, and argumentative towards customers. I have complained to the appropriate person on 4 different occasions and only received a response once. For example: Took my 13 year old son there to get us both something. I ordered him a 16 oz Creamsicle and they handed it to me in a kids cup. I said that is not the size I ordered and my 13 year old is not drinking from a kids cup. So they rudely took it back then simply dumped the contents of the tiny kids cup into a 16 oz cup then filled the rest with whipped cream. So, we paid pretty much for whipped cream. I ordered an iced drink that was a holiday drink that I saw posted on a flyer on the window. It said you can order it iced, hot, or frostbite. Again, I ordered an iced one. She handed me a frostbite and I told her that's not what I ordered and she responded with "yes it is" (I think I know what I ordered) and said to me "besides it only comes in frostbite". I pointed to the flyer and she continued to argue and after 4 minutes it wasn't worth it to me anymore and I drove off. This was only one of the awful visits that I have had there. The best three words to describe this location is slow, inconsistent and overpriced. I don't enjoy watching the person in front of me receive their coffee and then sit there and talk with the barista for an extra 5 minutes. I also don't understand how they expect to get a tip if they want me to pay before they have even made the drink? I'm suppose to tip you just because you're going to make the coffee? I told the barista lady that I needed to cancel my drink as she was helping another person and she responds rudely with an "Okay, Bye." Really disappointed in big foot java I've tried it twice now and both time weren't great. First time I got and americano and she asked if I want cream I said "no thanks" and get my drink drive away and it's full of cream like almost white in color. Normal it's fine but it's more so I paid $4 for a drink I didn't ask for. I chucked it up to a mistake then went again to get a frozen blended drink the computer system was down and they were super rude to me and made me wait for it to be fix so I could pay for my drink I waited over 5 minutes for them to try and fix it I was late getting back to work. The two on shift were talking about a party that night and then one girl was on her phone once my drink was handed to me the girl got right on her phone. Trash all over the floor. The line wait was about 10 minutes long because there were so man cars and only one barista. The batista was very sweet and the place was neat, clean, and organized. My drink tasted great too. The morning crew at this location, my regular, are great, especially Riley, (not sure of the other girls' names as I usually go to her window)! She ALWAYS makes my Breve spot on and remembers exactly how I like it, without me telling her. This is my favorite coffee stand to go to. I have been going there for over two years now when I lived in the area and now have relocated to puyallup and I still make the drive over there during my morning commute. They are super friendly and super funny. Love the energy and vibes here for sure. Riley and Megan are amazing and I can always count on them to start my morning right. Overall friendly staff that make awesome drinks consistently. And they also make an amazing strawberry cheesecake smoothie. It is the best definitely recommend everyone reading this to try it.
