This place drives me up a wall. I walked in and it wasn't even busy--walked straight up to the counter, but no one acknowledged me for quite a while. When I was finally helped, the woman told me I had to order the strawberry cups and a crêpe at the check out counter. But by the time someone actually came over to help me at the check out, I had been standing there for so long that I didn't even bother asking for the crêpe anymore. While I'm waiting at check out, they rang up the party behind me first without saying a word to me. Then when it was finally my turn, the guy tapped past the tip screen himself--which, honestly, I appreciated, because if they had asked me to leave a tip after that whole ordeal, I would've lost it. Then came the real kicker--almost 30 minutes just to get two strawberry cups. No heads-up, no apology, nothing. I ended up being late to a dinner reservation because of it. If someone had told me the wait would be that long, I would've left. And here's where things get worse: while I was waiting, I saw the person making the strawberry cups dip their bare fingers directly into the pistachio crème. No gloves. No utensils. It was honestly shocking. This place needs a serious food service inspection. Also--last time I came, they were completely out of the ingredients for strawberry cups. Between the slow service, lack of communication, and hygiene concerns, I won't be back. read more

It was my first time here but I found everything easy to navigate. I would go again and try some other desserts offered. I chose the sticky caramel and baklava, this was the first baklava that had a very pungent pistachio flavor so I enjoyed it for that. They have the ultimate Dubai chocolate (haven't found it better anywhere else), their cheesecake, pistachio cake, lazy chocolate cake and Karak tea.... The list goes on and on. Found out today that they opened a Bigdash in Irving and made plans to visit the same day! Service was kind and they let us try the ice cream. I really like their Kinafa I usually go for the the red one since it is a little more crispy than the brown one, but both are delish! The wait for the chocolate cover strawberries was ridiculous. They have you pay and you sit and see them taking care of everyone else buying the pastries but employees are not organized to focus on the orders. The Hispanic gentleman was very friendly and was great at upselling everything at the store. He was knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have about their food. The place offers a variety of baklavas, ice cream and cakes. These are not your typical vanilla chocolate flavors either, the presentation is lovely and would be a good cake to get someone for a special occasion if you are willing to pay $50. I didn't get any of the cake seems on the pricier side but they look good. I ate 3 different kind of baklava pastry and they were delicious! Will come back and see if I am willing to spend $5.99 for a slice of the pistachio cake. The ice cream flavors also looks very good and I heard you can taste test them all!! read more

We came here for the Dubai chocolate that is all over TikTok. It was delicious they have hot Turkish coffee and lots of middle eastern desserts and different types of cakes. I went to this place recently. Desserts are very authentic and delicious. I must say, specifically the Conetta and their Mediterranean desserts. I have to say the service is very slow, not precise, they do not check what you ordered and just randomly give you things. On another note, they have this new thing which is supposed to be strawberry chocolate kunafaa pistachio, I think this one is a very big scam. They took over 20 minutes to make, when all it is is a cup of fresh strawberries with less than a quarter of a cup of chocolate pistachio topping. When I decided to bring it up to the manager/owner working there, he kept on explaining that this is how it usually is, he eventually added less than a tablespoon of chocolate on top. I still believe it's a scam, $15.99 for a cup of strawberries? It's a little ridiculous list in my opinion. I definitely think this place should reconsider the pricing. read more

I waited 50 minutes for the stupid a** strawberry and chocolate. 16 bucks for this bull***. They ended up skipping our number. So I'm just there waiting like a dumb***. I came to this bakery to try the viral Dubai chocolate that has been all over my TikTok fyp. The chocolate was delicious but I have to give 3 stars because the service was terrible. As you can see from my videos there was no one in the bakery while I was there except for one employee that seemed that she could not be bothered by me. I was not greeted when I walked in, I waited a few minutes before she came and took my order and when it was time for me to pay she rang up the order and left the cashier area before I finished my transaction. It was extremely rude and very disappointing to have such a horrible experience at an establishment that I could have enjoyed coming back to. As a first time customer, excellent service would be to explain the different cultural desserts or ask if I would like to try anything. I was honestly lost and overwhelmed on what else to order because I am not familiar with these types of desserts so I only got two chocolate bars.
