When I commented about it, one tow driver commented to the other "that's why we don't do Tesla's anymore," suggesting that Tesla drivers were an issue. Metro needs to use a better towing company. First Kristina's customer service is non existent. She would be employee of the month at the DMV is she worked there. From the start of her day till the end her attitude only grows. Her vocabulary is mediocre at its finest. They also will have drivers pick up more than one vehicle. If your the first vehicle picked up and they stop for another vehicle you will be charged for that time the driver is picking up vehicle 2. No exceptions. The driver arrived at my vehicle in 10 mins took him less than 30 mins to get my vehicle loaded on to the truck and depart scene, but some how took hime over an hour to get back to the yard and unload my vehicle there. When I inquired about the timing Ms.Kristina repeated her pervious answer that had no correlation to my question. When I restated my question she elevated her volume and doubled the attitude. I asked why she her squawk had increased for no reason I simply would like my inquiries to be answered she insinuated she owed me no answers. When i informed her Metro and highway patrol gave me no details about my car she said they were stupid because they called Big Valley Tow for services, and should have given me all details. Supervisor was in the office and when i asked to speak to him he declined since i had already paid and not his problem. Cherry on top they will go through your vehicle without asking consent because "they are doing you a favor retrieving the registration from your car. Metro seriously should consider using a different tow service as it definitely reflects poor upon them and clearly this company has no respect for them. read more

My fiancé bought me a car and wrote my name on the back of the title and gave me a terrible time getting my car out of the impound all the proper paperwork mysteriously my registration disappeared that was in the glove box Fully knowing on the body cam of the officer that the registration was in the car at the time of the arrest when they took the vehicle and it's no longer there do not trust them. Car was impounded by Highway Patrol early morning 03/04/2025. Contacted Big Valley towing in the afternoon to find out what they needed from me to get car released to my fiance. I emailed all the information of proof I was the owner of the car. Talked to their representative 3 times. They even made me go to Notary to get my proof notarized, which I did. Talked to them again after sent Copy of Notarized docs, and they said it still wasn't good enough. They want proof of documents from CA. DMV. On the 03/05/2025, I went to DMV and had them stamp my proof of registration. Still was not good enough for them. I had to fly from San Diego to Las Vegas, and personally go to Big Valley Towing with all the proof that it was my car. Still unacceptable to them. I had to call North Las Vegas Police Dept. for help. They sent 2 wonderful police officers out to help me. They went through all my paperwork and Ca. DMV website. They told them it was my car. They still kept trying to prolong the process to get passed 5pm, so they could charge me for another day. I had to go through great time and expense to get my car back. It should not have been that hard. The only reasoning, I can think of is they were trying to drive costs out of reach. read more

After a series of misinformed stops at charging stations for our electric car left us with no power and no hope, Genesis Roadside Assistance reached out to Big Valley Towing to dispatch a driver. Sherwin arrived with a cooler full of cold water and a big cab with AC blasting. He promptly hooked up our car and helped our entire family into the truck, including our big pup. We were stranded in Rachel, NV near area 51 with a radiator hose busting on a new motorhome. No cell phone service. finally got on horn to roadside and a few hours later big valley towing came. Jamaal was very friendly eager to help and provided coolant as we were able to stop leak. He followed me to gas station to get additional but my rv would not make it. He hooked me up to tow truck and got us to the nearest gas station where we agreed we would try again to add coolant. Once coolant was added he followed me 7 miles to alamo , nv on the way home to vegas to ensure we were safe and not needing additional assistance. We were comfortable that we were good and decided to spend night there as it was late. The following morning got a call from Tani needing to collect an additional $450. Long story short it was a miscommunication between roadside and towing company and the roadside service made good and paid them out. Took me a bit of time to sort with roadside but that is an issue with them. Amidst, the confusion Big Valley Tani was friendly, professional and even gave me a courtesy call that we were paid as agreed. Out of the 6 women in the office, not one of them wanted to help me even a little bit. They refused to get up physically at all from behind there desks. They stared at me and my disabled elderly mother constantly refusing to help her or myself whilst talking amongst themselves in an unprofessional way that should be taken outside of the office. Carla was rude, unhelpful, and ate food at her desk for two straight hours like an animal. It was hard to watch. Helena was also rude and unhelpful and honestly should not have her job. I was here over 2 hours until they finally released my vehicle. These women are absolutely miserable- they don't want to help you at all- in fact! they want to make everything more difficult, more time consuming so that they can make more money by holding your vehicle hostage for hours on end. No one in this office was professional. They are a hindrance to the already stressful situation. This place should be shut down. Ashley was rude and completely useless at first but helpful in the very very very end, this place is a nightmare read more

I have AAA and called to tow boat back to Las Vegas from Indian Springs due to tire failure. AAA had wrong location at first but was updated around noon so I called the truck did not arrive until around 5:00 PM. I'm not including the time AAA screwed up. I called office 4 time and told them time my correct location. At 2:32 AAA called them and Big Valley told them DUE to wrong location it would be another 90 minutes per Amy. Keep in mind I confirmed the correct location at 12:18 we broke down at 11:00 AM first 1 hour due to AAA not knowing different between Searchlight and Indian Springs. Driver was great once he arrived, office staff seems very confused every time I call them. Keep in mind during each call I confirmed my location but at 2:32 when AAA called them they forget about my calls or lied to coverup poor response times??? I have never had such a positive experience with a towing company before. This tow was set up by Tesla Roadside Assistance after I had a tire blow out. I immediately received a text from Big Valley informing me of the wait time and then another text when they were getting closer. I also received a call from the tow driver when he was 10 minutes out. The service was amazing and they hadn't even arrived yet! When the driver arrived he was in a sparkling brand new tow truck and he was professional and very knowledgeable about towing Teslas, which have some special settings for towing. He was extremely thorough and took care of my car like it was his own. I am so happy that Tesla contracts with Big Valley and while I hope that I never need a towing company, when I do they will be the only folks I call! read more

Thank God for big Valley towing... called them thru AAA and they came within 15 minutes (because they were nearby with another broken down car on interstate 15) all the way out by Primm resort to save my life because it was 115° outside and I had a flat tire....good man Jorge was very nice and very accommodating and changed my tire with my spare less than 15 minutes and he had a great attitude and he's very hospitable and compassionate to the situation.... so thank you Jorge for saving my life and the situation that I was in.... I was in an accident (not at fault) and all I wanted to do is what was required of the insurance and gather my belongings. These ladies made it as difficult as possible. They treat you as if you owe them something or did them wrong in some way. Delaying the process probably to gather more money and never answering calls. I called several times during the day nothing ! Maybe too busy talking to one another, terrible employees with terrible management. My elderly mother asked to use the restroom, she was in obvious distress. We were told due to COVID that she couldn't. She began to whimper because she didn't want to have an accident. Took my truck here for storage. When I came to pick it up the woman behind the counter made me wait 2 hrs to retrieve my truck. With no other customers in the place, she spent her time talking on.the phone. I asked how much do I pay took her 20 mins to answer me. I asked if my friend can use the restroom since he drove me there. She just looked at me. Then she told me the driver will take me down and proceeded to tell me to drive my truck in when I just paid her for storage then she asked me 3 times if I had the key. 3 times i told her i told u that you have the key. Oh and she provided me a tcheck to fill out, I asked her for a pen she walked away. What a cunt. All I can say about this peice if shit place Oh and when u walk in, a sign an excuse to be a bitch.
