Once he arrived the driver was rude to me, made it a point to tell me I didn't know what I was doing. He then told me he doesn't need to deal with this S!@t. As he walked by the drivers door of the truck he shoulder checked the door into me as I was getting out of the truck. Admittedly I started yelling and cursing back at him and told him to leave. The drivers response was to tell me he was going to sit outside of my house in the middle of the road and do his report. When I told him I would call the police since he is blocking the road he told me he was going to go around the corner and finish his report. For a Company called Men Of God towing this really doesn't seem to be true. If you plan on using them be ready to be treated as though you are just some dumb person that doesn't know a thing.

Response: You have lied a whole lot. Y'all offered a total of $30 towards an Uber and my daughter…read moremissed more than 2 weeks of work (losing about $1500 in pay) and your communication through the ordeal was awful. You got half the payment back out of our returned down payment, that put you back nothing. We had to keep the vehicle insured the entire time we were out a vehicle and daughter was out of work. Yes, sold as-is but had to pass emissions which it did not. We were out a vehicle over a month (keeping insurance on a car we were not using) due to your run around BS. I would still warn everyone not to purchase a 2010 Acura from you. Sketchy!!!! Added 1 star- Star in the office is an amazing human! Thank you for the conversation and follow up this morning. *warning update* Changed back to 1 star. *9/23* Check engine light came on, got a fail for emissions this morning. PLEASE UNWIND THE CONTRACT!!!! We just can't anymore with this vehicle! It's obvious these people don't genuinely care about customers. 1st update: I added 1 star to my review due to the fact, the vehicle had been returned and it seems to be fixed. Nadema wanted to make sure that was said. We got the vehicle back September 22nd (first payment due date, funny) after Nadema told us on the 9/18 that she would unwind the contract IF we updated the governing bureau that our issue had been resolved also to call off the attorney we contacted for this issue. She never got us out of the loan, just to string us along for a few more days. If I had to do it over again, I'd go see the guy who sold me my vehicle at Shortline Buick GMC in Aurora, at least he doesn't lie. It's a drive, but absolutely worth the peace of mind with a big purchase. Tom Karros cares about his customers. Lesson learned! Original post: My daughter went in to purchase her first vehicle. August 23rd is when we signed the paperwork. A 2010 Acura, she was so excited! That same day, the check engine light came on. She left a message for the dealership the same day and called the next. The manager was not available and she was told to stop driving the car. We took it back to them the 25th. Since bringing it to the shop, more issues were found. It is now September 13th and she still does not have a car. We've asked to be released from the loan and management is refusing. The vehicle would be an automatic fail for emissions with the check engine light. Do not do business here! We have tried to go the way that is easy for everyone involved and now have no choice but to file a complaint with governing authorities to get out of this loan for a car we still do not have in our possession. Thanks for making her very first experience awful guys! Nadema has been exceptionally awful to get a hold of and work with. Calls not being returned and no answers given most days.

Now I look back there and there's not one here. It's totally clean. He also talked me into a nice wax on the exterior and now when you drive up to my truck, it looks absolutely brand new. All the little paint, transfers, and door dings I paid extra. I have him get off. I have very low expectation that they would go away, but when I walked up after he cleaned it. I had to look to see where the doors were at. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anybody. We also had a company vehicle that the clearcoat had started to fail. He polished it and made it look way better. I'm glad I hired him. He's a young entrepreneur and I loved his enthusiasm If you're going to get your car detailed, I would highly recommend

Since I couldn't afford it they offered a temporary fix which was just replacing my coolant which was 250 dollars because oil got mixed into it. I was told my car would be safe to drive for now until I put some mileage on it. I was also told my heat will not work until I get my head gasket fixed which was entirely a lie. I told my uncle who is also a mechanic and he told me my head gasket should have no effect on my heat. I took it to another Subaru mechanic and not even 5 minutes after looking at my car he found a hole in my coolant hose. I'm not sure how that was missed at all cause even I could see it. He replaced it and topped me off with more coolant and my cars heat started to work again. He also told me it's unsafe to drive with a hole in my coolant hose cause my engine could've overheated and the problem would become even worse. It's also nice to know the 50 dollars they charged me for coolant was meaningless cause right after I drove off it was spraying out the hose. I feel very misled and lied to.

When the locksmith I called arrived, he told me it would be tricky to get into my car. While he was examining my drivers door and window, two other people in the parking lot were observing close by. After some time, one of them asked me if I needed help. At the same time, the other one retrieved a tool from their trunk, came to my passenger door, opened my door for me, put the tool back in their trunk and the two drove away before I could thank them. The locksmith then charged me. The two people who rescued me that day were Mile High Roadside Assistance. I now keep the number for Mile High Roadside Assistance with me. I will absolutely call them the next time I am stranded.

The people who work at the front desk are very nice and straightforward and I just had a good vibe from them. I brought my car back a few months later when I noticed a weird noise coming from the tire. Based on my description, they initially thought it was a wheel bearing and quoted me a price of $400 to replace that. Turns out, the tires just needed to be rotated and they were wearing unevenly. So they rotated and balanced and did some other stuff and the price of all that was $80. They could have EASILY told me they replaced the wheel bearing and charged me for the full amount that I was prepared for. But, they didn't bc they are honest and amazing people. I will forever bring my car to them and recommend them to anyone who asks! Oh, and btw, I just randomly stopped by to ask about this noise bc they are THAT approachable. And they fit me in the same day and gave me a loaner car! You don't get much better than that even at a super high end dealership (bc I have been to those too). This place is legit. For real.
