The menu is varied and includes crumpets, burgers, and a vegetarian and vegan big breakfast. They also have a selection of baked goods (vegan date scones even), raw cakes and other takeaway goodies. A prominent sign also advertised their ability to cater for those requiring fodmap friendly meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Chai and juices were delicious and the vegan big breakfast was actually big! An all round wonderful cafe in the heart of Belgrave.

The food is amazing, delicious, fresh & beautifully presented. And reasonably priced as well. Schatzi's is a quaint intimate restaurant & very popular on the weekends so it would be a good idea to book ahead. The menu is quite extensive including a variety of choices of toppings for one of my all time favourites, schnitzels. Of course that is what I had. I'll also note that the coffees where quite good by regional Victorian standards. Overall, I'll be returning next time I venture to this part of the world.

I blurted our something stupid and incomprehensible to the waitress. What I meant to say was "that looks awesome" and "thank you". Let's cut to the juice. The coffee is great, smooth with no bitterness! The bacon is delicious, maybe a light smokey flavour and crisped to perfection. The burger is made on a fluffy brioche bun as it should be. The avocado was generous and had a slight lemon flavour like they cared for it delicately begins the scenes. I love this place after one visit! I'll be back, and I'll bring other people.
