We knew what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay but finding the right dealership was proving to be the problem. The local dealerships would Not show us what we wanted, wouldn't listen, the prices were high, they wanted down payments before we left even though we had not committed to anything, called late at night... But we were scrolling through rv traders and saw the Exact trailer we were looking for the only problem was that it was 2+ hours away from us. We called to make sure the rig was still available before we made the drive and it was! Aaron was the salesperson we were lucky enough to talk to. By the time we reached the dealership he had the rig pulled to the front, ac hooked up, cold and the slides out. We walked through the unit and it was perfect. He told us all about the features and let us just sit and ask questions inside and outside. We went from front to back with him asking questions and him taking time with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us to another rig just to make sure it we were satisfied with the first rv. We went inside and made an appointment to come back after they had the rig ready to pick up. When we went to pick up and sign papers we went to the back where our unit was sitting all cleaned and ready for our inspection. The guys there took us through every inch of the unit and showed us how to set it up and break it down. We met the guys in the shop and bought a few supplies. By this time we had been at the dealership about 2 hours... we had not signed papers yet and they had already spent time educating us. When we got to the business office, he had everything ready including an insurance quote! We signed paperwork and went to the back to load up our rig for a couple of days trial run. The people at clear creek from the sales team, business office. shop, make ready and even the owner are top notch! This is a family and we felt like we were part of it! Very much worth the drive. We will even use them for service! We have owned many RVs and dealt with all kinds of dealers but clear creek is by far the most outstanding!

Update on refund: So I went in to the store the following day and spoke to the manager regarding…read morethe visits on the previous day. I told him that I was there for the wheel sensor and for the refund of everything that was charged to my Discount Tire Synchrony card. Manager went to the bay area where my tire was swapped and then came back to tell me he couldn't find the sensor. He gave me a new sensor at no cost and told me to go back into the store and that they would program it to my car. He also gave me a full refund on all of the charges 2 tire unmounts and 1 tire mount and wheel alignment.

I ordered new wheels and tires for both my new 2024 RAM 2500 Limited and my wife's Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The initial install went great aside from them leaving all my new wheels and tires a mess from the install. Hey, these things happen, but is disappointing when spending that much on nice new things. What is causing this post is I took my truck in for a rotation and while doing so one of the techs didn't pay attention and broke off a wheel stud with his impact gun. They told me they did it and gave me info to get it covered, but unfortunately I had to handle finding a shop and handle getting fixed, taking a 1/2 day off from work. Then it was a pain to get reimbursed - not at all a good experience. Zero customer care. A few weeks ago it was time for another rotation and this time I decide to have the dealership do it as part of a service. I immediately get a call asking who last worked on my tires and wheels. I ask why and they proceed to tell me (2) of the studs are broken off 1/2 way inside the lug nuts. The opposite side from where the previous tech had broken a stud. I had to pay to have dealer fix and then when I try to contact Discount Tire, I either get left on hold or leave a message that is never returned. This happened multiple times. I decided once again to try contacting Discount Tire before leaving a negative review and Josh is not available so I speak with Derek. Derek seems to actually take an interest and I explained everything to him and he agreed to reimburse me for the costs caused by damage. Just needed a receipt. I let him know I was traveling and would get with him later in the week. I called him and due to our schedules not aligning I emailed him the info and asked for a confirmation that he received what he needed. Now radio silence. I have tried numerous times to reach him for the past week or so, 10+ rings for someone to answer the phone, sitting on hold for 10+ minutes, I have now decided my time is worth more than this effort and money. I have posted a picture the dealer sent me, I do not have a picture of the original damage. Yes everyone is nice, but the reality is I cannot trust them to work on my vehicles nor do they seem to have their business running in a fashion focused on customer service. I had a flat one morning and had it repaired locally. Well, little did I know that they had ruined…read moremy locking wheel nut including the lock. Since that was not explained to me, I had no idea I had been driving around without the ability to remove my tire(s) and replace with the spare, if needed. The only comment to me, was that no one needs locking wheel nuts here. So, I called three places in the big city of Abilene, to find out what needed to be done. Also, I called the dealership in Weatherford where I purchased my truck. Lawrence Hall came to my rescue. On July 23rd, Aaron, Tom & Jimmy were my answer. I called the service department and spoke with Aaron in the service department. He said they had the item on hand. I arrived at their service department and was greeted by Jimmy, ready to purchase the locks, Aaron called Jimmy in the back and told him to give me the locks. I do not know any of these guys and did not know what I had done to deserve such a blessing. When we left and returned to my truck, Tom was outside talking with son and Matthew was having a great time. Tom had a set of tools to remove the former locks and put on the new ones. This was done in a matter of minutes. I certainly was blessed. Again, I don't know why these guys treated me so well but I sure do like it. Tom, Aaron, and Jimmy took excellent care of us and my family; they treated us like family. When ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will not hesitate to partner with Lawrence Hall.
