The one thing that wasn't great is the men's bathroom doesn't have a changing station (or at least it's not marked) so my husband couldn't change our babies diaper I had to since it was in the women's restroom. Lots of parking in the shared business lot.

Brought water and menus and a short time later took our order. It was right about here our waitress dwindled. Not sure if to many tables, to far apart or what the issue was but it became obvious. I initially had a diet Pepsi, and then switching to a pomegranate lemonade. It was delicious. At one point everyone was out of drink and had been for awhile and no food had arrived so one of my family went looking for help. We saw other servers often. Just not ours. Drinks and food came. First mine and my wife's. Then later the other 2 in our party. First thing I noticed was my burger looked old. I felt the edge and it was cool. Ripped off the bun and so was the center. Now I hate hate sending food back. But I cut my burger and it was not only cold but rock hard. I had no choice. I couldn't eat that. They remade it and brought me a new burger and fries. It was plane but quite good. Normally piedmont is spot on. Just not today.

Our first date night in Nebraska was a memorable one thanks to DISH restaurant and its employees!…read more I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time online. We made a reservation for 5 PM when they opened on a Friday night. My first good impression of this restaurant was their well dressed and mannered staff. The hostesses and servers were ready for us! The coat rack up front is a nice touch too. We were seated next to the window with a beautiful snowy view of downtown Lincoln. Our server was so sweet and made sure we had a wonderful first dining experience. All of the food was fantastic. Our favorite dishes were the parsnip soup and blood orange toast. I think their menu changes monthly because it was printed. The drinks were okay. I got a non alcoholic cucumber "martini". My husband got a Moscow mule, but it was too tart for his taste. If we ordered drinks again in the future, we would try something else. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot! Thank you chefs for the amazing food and staff for a memorable dinner.

There was a fish fry going on but I'm not big on fish, thankfully they still offer their full menu as well. A couple people in my group had the fish and said it was great. My test of a bar is always a patty melt because it is easy to screw up but when it's right it's right and they NAILED it. The patty melt was so juicy and well seasoned and they did something with the onions (maybe slightly pre grilled) where they didn't have the pungency of raw onion but still had the snap. I'm home now and am already thinking about when I can go back. This place will be in heavy rotation for us. The fries and breaded mushrooms were standard bar fair but good. On tap the beer was limited but they had blue moon available which works for me. They have chili which someone at my table got and it is on my list to try next go around. It looked and smelled fantastic. All around a gem of a find I wasn't expecting.
