They packed it and I insured it for $3500. UPS dropped it in transit and crushed the motor head. Imtra declared it unfixiable. UPS declined my claim against the insurance because they said the packing was insufficient. Your Printing Now declined the claim because UPS dropped the package. What good is insurance?
