Worst customer service ever! I've never met someone so entitled. Reed Sellers is an absolute joke…read moreof a man. I don't see how treating your customers like peons outside of your castle yields any type of return. Today, I came by looking for red dye diesel. After pumping my fuel, I asked for a receipt as the terminal by the pump would not fulfill such a request. The man in their office advised me to head back out, swipe my card and punch in the pump number in order to request a receipt. Off I went back to the credit card terminal to swipe my card one more time. I entered in the pump number triggering a new transaction. This was not the result I was seeking. Already fairly insulted, I went back inside to tell the attendant about how a new transaction was triggered and no option for a receipt was ever presented. After finally comprehending that a receipt is what I desired, I was advised that it was too late to obtain a receipt. To address the fact that a second transaction was initiated, we together walked to pump 12. Without entertaining the idea of potential flaws within their system or the lack of effort in attempting to understand the issue a paying customer presented, the attendant told me I was wrong. I squeezed the handle on the pump and low and behold, fuel came pouring out. The attendant became infuriated and had no problem expressing his emotions. He asked another employee, "grab a 5 gallon bucket. I am about to lose it." I had asked the same employee to also grab a manager. The attendant looked at me and yelled, "I'm the owner." It's astonishing to me that someone can be so unbelievably disrespectful to a paying customer. I had previously spoke to Reed Sellers on the phone seeking fuel sponsorship for some racers that are coming to town in November. I was disrespected then too. I was able to let that go purely for the fact that my request involved free fuel. We had never seen each other prior to today's catastrophic failure in providing customer service. Being that this was Reed's 2nd offensive exchange, I called him out. When he said, "I am the owner." I replied, "well then, you must be Reed." When he confirmed his identity I told him the story of our previous discussion. I made sure he knew he was an asshole then too. I can promise that Sellers Petroleum will never receive another sent by my conscious decision. They lost out an 5-10 thousand dollars today. Here is a clue Reed! If you don't want to be called an asshole, don't be one. If you can't handle customers, hire a manager. You are incapable of basic comprehension an as a result, you are going to continue to lose customers. I wish you the least amount of success as possible. You are clearly undeserving of your status.
