Absolute theft. Continued to charge me after I had cancelled their subscription through their website (along with telling me I was last charged since September, multitude of other things to prove I was unsubscribed). Awful website and customer support, will not allow you to remove your card. They will rob you, never consider this car wash. read more

I purchased the 15$ wash and it was not worth it. Here's why: The good: vacuum ultra powerful and they give you car freshener tree. The bad: Clean towels are dirty and leave marks, so if you select expensive car washes is basically wasted. Pre-soaker guy just soaks his side of the car. No air blowing to detail. Hope you guys improve. Competition is still better in price and quality. read more

Website won't let me modify and or cancel. I have tried it numerous times. I also emailed the manager of the local Luv car wash and no one has contacted me back. This is extremely frustrating since there's no one at the car wash that could help me everybody direct me to the website, which obviously isn't much help either. This is extremely frustrating. I am about to contest the charges on my debit card and cancel all three of my vehicles. read more

Been a loyal Member of the monthly car wash since this location opened. They shut down during ownership and did not provide a refund or partial refund. They sent a text saying we have other locations... thanks, I don't need to drive 2 hours to use a car wash membership. Thats a great trade off. No service for 2 weeks = 1/2 month but they didn't hesitate to charge me for the full month. This location has gone through 3 owners now and it definately shows. This company will be gone in a few and I doubt their customer service will care until then. Stay away and go across the street to iClean. 1 out 5 and thats only because the guy with long hair that works there has nice service and works hard. read more

On the last day of Feb. I was at the end of the tunnel and the suv infront kept her brakes down and the carwash pushed my car into her. I was honking and honking they finally stopped it. The problem was when I got out I was told not to worry that they have cameras not to follow her and when the MANAGER SERGIO would be in the next day to review video and give me info on hit run car. I made a report with assistant manager and he was great but said he didn't have access to cameras. I took pics also. So when I tried to contact SERGIO the manager he kept shinning me off and finally I cought him and he said he would review tapes to give a couple days and he would call (never happened) so I kept going in and again nowhere to be found and the employees all said he never shows up to work that he just leaves everything to them to handle and was reassured the cameras have her info. Well about 2 weeks later of going in daily I found SERGIO again. He proceeded to lie to me saying he has not found the footage so I said easy just go in look at my report for the day and time and the honda pilot infront of me was the person . He said that cameras won't working then I said didn't you say you looked. He changed his story and said he would look again . So more days passed and he was gone again so I called my insurance and he didn't want to give them info. I was advised to contact police since it was a hit and run. Police said he was not anywhere to be found . One day I saw him there and notified officer . He got there fast to speak with sergio, He told officer cameras don't work and the officer let me know , officer said he was obviously withholding info. That I would have take them to court. Good thing is I have pictures and report from officer and picture of my report. So now I have to take them to court for damages to my car. All this could of been avoided but he wanted to act like a child. I won't name employee(s) that all say he is horrible to work with and Goodluck. I was advised to call corporate and they took weeks to respond and they agreed with me that the business should not be open if cameras aren't operational, to much of a liability (like this case) . Well I was told I would get called back from corporate, 1 wk later they called and said they spoke with sergio and he said cameras are down and there is nothing I could do. I explained to them I could of done something but was held back by their on workers and now I would have to take them to court. HORRIBLE MANAGER , he needs to be replaced with other workers that tried to help me. read more

had an issue with getting charged twice and your out of luck because they won't respond back to you. if its the same owners of Romeos car wash ..... no wonder. these guys don't care about customer service. Just counting their Pennie's all day long. read more
