After install, the installer told us there is no warranty on the replacements because it was just glass replacement, which raised questions. We called Milgard, they said full lifetime warranty like all their Residential windows. I asked about the fogged ones, they said they would have been covered as long as we are the original owners, which is the case. She even said they replace them if you rent it out as a short term rental. All they do is a title search. However, she said there is nothing they can do because they were already replaced. Aluma Glass has been avoiding my dad's calls, no updates. His last call to them, they lied and said it's only 10 year warranty. A month after install Milgard says Aluma Glass still never ordered the bathroom window they were short on during install, that he paid for. Aluma Glass, you only carry 5 brands of Windows! It is YOUR responsibility to know their warranties! If you can't keep track of simple warranties, maybe you should refer homeowners to the Manufacturer! You owe Don money! I am giving you a chance to reimburse him, or this story is going into several Facebook community groups, with thousands of people in them, as well. You have 7 days to respond and reimburse.

The price was fair, but since he's open 8-5 M-F I said I would have to make an appointment once I had a day off, since that is my schedule too. He said he would be at the shop Saturday and that he could do it for me then which was very nice of him. I showed up Saturday and pulled up on the side of the building where they were working. He seemed pissed off that I was there for my appointment, so I just stepped back, stayed out of his way and let him fix the chip. The entire time he was stomping around and swearing under his breath. He finally barks, "it's done, but it looks like shit." I walk up to him to pay and he says, go inside and pay the gal. I walk inside, hand her $60 cash for the $50 repair, she gets a concerned look on her face and says she needs to go ask the owner if he has any change. As soon as she goes into the shop and asks he starts going off on her before pulling change out of his wallet. I appreciate him offering to fix it on a Saturday, but he really needs to work on his attitude.

I had to take my 2003 Honda Civic in 3 times to try and get the drivers side trim fixed as clips needed to be replaced. The last time I called to make an appointment owner said he ordered the clips but when I left my car the last time they never installed the new clips and trim is now being held on by black electrical tape until I can see if possible to fix myself or take it elsewhere. Staff is rude and abrasive and office reeks of smoke. Very unprofessional.
