Cliff, the owner, answered all our questions. He then showed us the latest new blinds and suggested alternate ways to accomplish what we wanted to do. We agreed on what we wanted, and we made an appointment to have Cliff come out and measure our 10 windows. We were shocked the appointment was for the next day. Cliff was on time and measured our windows in about 40 minutes. He matched the color we wanted perfectly. He gave us our quote on the spot, and we paid the deposit. Rachel called along the way letting us know where we were with the delivery date. Rachel made an appointment date with us to install. Even in the times of COVID-19 the blinds arrived within a week of their original delivery date which is outstanding. Cliff was on time for the install and was done with everything with in the hour on 10 windows. The blind color was a perfect match. He had us go around to all 10 windows and make sure we were happy with his work. Everything worked as it should, smooth and easy. We paid them the remaining balance. We will use them again when we need blinds in the future. Thank you Gotcha Covered.
