We have been a customer of Window Coverings, Inc since we built our retirement home in Whitefish six years ago. We recently had an issue with one of our blinds that prevented it from operating properly. Scott was able to work us into his schedule and came by to fix the blind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to remove the blind, open it up and remove the knot. He reassembled the blind and replaced it on the sliding door. While he was at our home he informed us that there were now rechargeable battery wands that could be installed on all of our power blinds. While there would be a large initial investment the thought of not having to buy super packs of batteries at Costco was appealing. Scott explained how these battery wands were mounted and the ease in charging them. We made the decision to pull the trigger and order them. Scott was in Whitefish on another job but had time and swung by to install them. Once again he was super professional in his work, even going so far as to wear a pair of "inside shoes". He explained how to remove and replace the battery wands and charge them. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Window Coverings, Inc and Scott. We recently replaced some outdated and unsightly drapes with electronic ones. Scott did all the work at our house and the quality of his craftsmanship was tremendous. We love the simplicity of the remote operations as well as being able to see completely out our windows with no drape obstructions. After a year-long renter departed, I discovered that four of the home's expensive Hunter Douglas blinds had been damaged. Scott installed 6 of these amazing, retractable screens for us lickety-split in one day! We live on the river so we love leaving the doors open, but always had to deal with the mosquitos & gnats coming in. Now we can have our fresh air with no pesky flying things getting inside at all. The color of the screens match different structures we have on the property and are practically invisible. The magnet is very strong that holds it closed, and it opens quietly & efficiently. My two doggies haven't had any issue with it at all, as it stays strong right where it's supposed to. Everything is tight to the millimeter. My contractor recommended this company and I'm so glad they di.! Not only did Scott work quickly, but he was also very kind to my aged parents (with their replica caboose residence), and concerned about not being in their way. My Mom said he was so mannerly!
