One of my latest purchased here was a pair of Jabra Elite Active 75 ear buds. At that time I went with Active style earbuds thinking it would help with keeping in the ear. Well, they failed miserably. They wouldn't stay in while mowing the lawn or other simple yard work. I was able to use my extended return and exchange policy to return and try the Apple Airpods. This is where the FIVE start experience started. Since appointments were required at the time. I was able to walk in and have practically the entire store to myself. I also didn't have to wait or look for assistance, I had a dedicated staff at my right. Easy checkout, because there was no line. Best Buy has had the option of in store pickup for several years. The servers was cranked up to the max this year because of the worlds events. I loved it, maybe this service will remain..?

A table next to the staff's offered all of the supplies needed - tools, full paint selection, and the like for kids to get what they wanted/needed to complete their projects. We had a Kitchenaid cooktop and exhaust ventillation hood to replace. 2013 install with a kitchen remodel. The original hood failed when the control overheated and irreversibly damaged the on/off control.. overheated because wife tended to put a large pot on the cooktop and turn the heat up to max and overtime the switch failed ... could not replace just the switch for one the model was no longer available, secondly the design / switch location exposed it to large amounts of heat rising into the vent. Rieman and Arszman Custom Distributors were recommended by the local Home Depot - appliance section man. Critical is that the vent hood is wall mounted built in and if we could install a new Kitchenaid hood with exactly the same dimensions we would avoid tearing out the cabinets and wall tiles. Bingo ! Custom Distributors did it... wow were we ever happy. It took about a month for Custom Distributors to locate and purchase the new vent hood and cooktop, which was installed last week. So happy !!!

Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model.
