decent deal on part I ordered but 2 weeks after I ordered they called me and said I owed $500 shipping costs on top of the shipping costs I already paid at checkout. they said it was because the website calculated the estimate wrong. Product ordered, then they noticed me it was going to be a few days late. 2 weeks later I sent email asking what's up, no response. Called several days after that, was given a story. For a company that has been in business for 15 years, I'm very surprised they are still in business, due to their poor customer service. I ordered a part and it has been 3 months and I have never received it. Called to cancel my order and was told there would be a restocking fee of $10.00 on a part I never received. I know $10 is not much but I have been waiting on this part for 3 months and this is how this company takes care of their customers. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. Terrible customer service. I ordered a 5in aluminum pipe. Pipe showed up & was made out of steel not aluminum. They refuse to refund the $25.00 shipping charge yet the product was not as advertised. Terrible customer service. I ordered a chrome exhaust kit from them we were increasing the size from a 5" to 7". We went to install the kit and the elbows would not work they have multiple bends, the one bend was drastic and when in place it covered the door and the handle to climb into the truck. I called them to figure out why this would be or how we could get a different elbow. I was told that it looked right to them in the pictures I had sent. That I had ordered the right elbow based off of the vin of the vehicle that we were going to have to modify our vehicle to make it work. We didn't want to do that so again we asked for a different style and we were told that wasn't possible, what we had looked right in the photos to them and that there was nothing they could do to help us. So I took it upon myself to contact Lincoln Chrome (that was the brand we got) to get answers on if there was a different elbow that we could get. I was told by a representative of Lincoln Chrome that viewing the pictures I sent (same ones that were sent to Big Rig) that clearly these elbows were not going to work for us. That representative helped me figure out what elbow I would need, Unfortunately I would still have to go through Big Rig to get the elbows and return the ones that were wrong. Went through a hassle of getting a return authorization and I personally boxed them back up with stuffing and bubble wrap which was way better packaging than what they came with, then shipped them out. I received a call from the representative that I had been dealing with at Big Rig and was informed that the elbows show up with scratches all over and a few dents. That there was no way they could refund us. I was infuriated that there was no way that they could have been damaged, he informed me that I had not put the white protective cloth on one, so he believed that is how one got scratched I informed him that was not possible both were covered in the original cloth coverings when I shipped them and that the other one wasn't even pulled out of the box to have the cover removed. He proceed to tell me that I must be mistaken, that there would be no reason for someone with their shipping department to lie about something like that. He continued to say there was nothing that could be done. Asked to speak with his manager, I was transferred over to the manager to be told that things like this happen and they are unfortunate and that they could not do anything with the damaged elbows so we both were losing something on this deal and I said "no, we payed over $900 on the first set of elbows and went through all of the hassle to get the second set of elbows for over $900 to be told that they couldn't give us anything back, that they got an extra $900 from us, that we were the ones getting screwed not them" and all he could say was this is an unfortunate situation. I even told them we understood if they couldn't give us a full refund that if they could give us a partial refund would be better than nothing. Nope, they would either ship the damaged elbows back to us or give a $150 in store credit. We opted to have the elbows returned. Worst Customer Service ever! To basically get told to deal with original elbows to me having to take the time to fix the problem myself without help from them to being told that we were going to be screwed. We will never be buying anything through Big Rig Chrome again. We will not be suggesting Big Rig Chrome to anyone in the future. read more

Terrible customer service, and their products are junk. I will NEVER buy from them again. I bought a chrome surround for a W9, giving them all of the specs for the make and model. The holes didn't line up, there were holes missing, welds were protruding. When I finally got the Return Authorization and sent it back at my expense, they only gave me less than 50% refund. The reasoning was that I had attempted installation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away! read more

Good prices but you get junk. Chrome gauge covers wouldn't fit called them up they told me to glue them on. I told the guy im not going to glue them on I wanted to return them. He took my name and number and said he would have some one call me back but no one ever did. I work at a big trucking company and a lot of the guys like the chrome gauges and asked were I got them so I told them. Now I will make sure to tell them about the cheap junk they sell and the crappy customer service. read more
