I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y and booked an appointment with "Albright Window…read moreTint" the very next day at 11:30 am. After getting my car tinted, I noticed water marks on both the cloth trim beside the windshield and on the interior. The water marks persisted even after drying up. I immediately called the shop, but the technician seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find a solution. He suggested waiting at least 4 to 5 days to see if the water marks would dry and clear up. When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone. I'm worried that I'll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn't provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic. Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he's interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he's rude and unprofessional. After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn't responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn't remove them. When I mentioned replacing the parts, it wasn't necessarily to get him to pay for it, but I genuinely don't want to see a bunch of water marks on a brand new car that I haven't even had a week on the interior.

WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL BODY SHOP. EXCELLENT SERVICE, QUALITY OF WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. CLEAN AND…read moreTRANSPARENT BUSINESS PRACTICE! I often cringe whenI have to take my car in for body work as it's usually some greasy guy behind the body shop who can't even look you in the eye as he is smoking his cigarette. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT CROWN! After a dissapointment no-phone call return from Lokey Collision for 2 weeks, I emailed Crown and within 24h I received a phone call from Lynne Dixon to set up my appointment. They have A CAR RENTAL/Enterprise company on site and with one swift phone call, I had an appointment and car rental waiting for me in 2 weeks time. On arrival, they are busy- cars filled the lot. But rightfully so as they did a great job. After a no-hassel rental from the Enterprise company desk right in the Body Shop, which is a delight in it's own way as I appreciate the Professionalism provided in renting with Enterprise, I stepped aside 5 feet and dropped off my car. I met face-to-face with my contact Michelle Trippi, expressed some of my cocerns and questions and overall it felt comforting to leave my car with them. I had to call to get updates but it was informative. They had stated that they did not like to quality of the aftermarket part and had to send it back, which is comforting to me that they informed me of this rather than just accept some cheap part. I picked up my car 2 weeks later and had a visual inspection with Michelle which was nice as well. They expressed that they stand behind their worksmanship and any concerns would be addressed at anytime. It was overall a very seamless and no-stress repair. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a much-loved vehicle and doesn't have time to deal with irresponsible Automotive repair/service representatives and constantly have to worry about "what are they doing to my car" while it is in their hands. For those who own an Infiniti, don't waste your time with Lokey Collision, the manager, Josh D. won't even return your phone message or emails.
