I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. What's most frustrating is that they knew the windshield was leaking every time it rained, yet weeks went by without anyone coming to fix the issue or even responding to my messages. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to make it right before leaving this review. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply followed through and fixed the leak.
