Once we picked up the round glass pieces & put them on the tables....we realized the glass pieces were 1/4 inch too wide. We called & were told to bring them back. We did that & were told the measurements were 4/8 off. They could redo them for another $75. Shame on them. All they needed to do was make them a half inch smaller. As the person I spoke with said when I called....they can't make something bigger...but they can make it smaller to fit your tables. I know it doesn't affect their business...but, that is obviously the last time we will ever go to AA.

About a month later, I called again, came over, dropped off the table as I wanted rounded edges on this one, ran the same drill, and, BANG, it was done within the week again. I love this place. The workers called ahead of time and showed up within the appointment window (just barely), although they took over an hour to replace my window, and so they finished outside the window. They charged the same price as the estimate. The two workers seemed very polite and nice, and they wore masks into my house and put down a work cloth where they were working to protect my floor. I paid $210 for the window replacement. I think that was a little high, thus the 4 stars. But they were quite convenient, so I'd use them again in a pinch.

I think because of the acre up the boss never knew and they faked to be the owner by outing a male voice in the phone. And they actually said it would be the owner delivering. I'd like the owner to call me. I have lots of orders and we have gone else where cause when I went back they gave me no recognition of the mistake or discount good guy price on the next order.we were trying to find a local company to work with in our construction company and Airbnb. Big fail. It was the lying that got to me not the original mistake.
