I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

I was very patient and followed up about once a week for several weeks. The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. What's most frustrating is that they knew the windshield was leaking every time it rained, yet weeks went by without anyone coming to fix the issue or even responding to my messages. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to make it right before leaving this review. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply followed through and fixed the leak.

My insurance company asked if I wanted to go with their windshield company (which couldn't see me until 4 days later) or if I wanted to find another company on my own (so long as they were accepted by my insurance). I saw the positive reviews online for All Pro Glass, called to see when they could replace my windshield, and was thrilled to find out they could come that same afternoon to my house for mobile service. They were also an accepted company to use with my insurance. The company representative who came to do the job was very professional and completed the job in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommended them to anyone who needs their windshield replaced!
