So, if there is no sense of urgency for your replacement, and you don't mind waiting over a month for parts to be delivered, but really for them to find availability in their schedule, then I recommend this company. I used the Odessa location, so my review is based on their service. I think (I hope) the work they did installing my new windshield was flawless. So far so good. I initially chose them because they were near my office and offered mobile service. But then it turned out that my windshield would need to be calibrated, and they didn't offer THAT mobile service from this location. Which meant I still needed to go to their workshop. And the address given over the phone by their people wasn't actually the address on the building, which fortunately I had looked at it ahead of time online, so at least I knew what the building was supposed to look like. Installation of the windshield took around an hour, and the technician couldn't have been nicer. He is also the one that came out today to install a part that wasn't initially sent when the OEM windshield was sent. So - finally, a month and a half later, they have finished replacement, and (knock on wood) I'm good to go.

Called our insurance agent with whom we discussed getting the OEM windshield for the Hyundai Santa Fe as they are recommended, especially as our model has ADAS (cameras) and Heads-Up Display (HUD). Our insurance agent said it was ok to get the OEM windshield to ensure proper fitment, sensor calibration, and HUD clarity. OEM glass costs roughly 20-40% more than aftermarket but prevents potential issues with wind noise, sensor, and display distortion. Essential needs include proper calibration with the windshield replacement. We called Lloyds and from that point on, they took care of everything from insurance, getting the OEM windshield to making an appointment for the windshield installation at our residence. Called to let us know he was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. The Installation took less than an hour. No problem when asked it it was ok to take the car around the block to check the heads up display was working as were the cameras. Very satisfied with their staff and their timely service. If we ever have another need to replace a windshield, they will be the first we will call.

Dory repeatedly explained that there was no accident, but he insisted that was the only option. After we hung up, Dory knew it wasn't right. She asked for my agent's contact information, called her directly got the contact information for glass repair, reached the correct person, and got the proper reference number issued. I asked if they do replacement windshields. Earl was extremely helpful and said they use Performance Glass and Tint. He said if I give him all my information he will set it up. He told me that Performance Glass and Tint will order the new windshield and come directly to my house to install it. My husband spoke to Andrea At Performance Glass and Tint and she explained that after my insurance approved the windshield she would order it. She also explained that after the window is installed another tech would come to recalibrate the safety features into the windshield. This morning at 8:15 AM Christopher arrived with the new windshield. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything to my husband and informed him that someone else would be by to do the recalibration of the safety features. Christopher explained to my husband that we shouldn't use the car for 1 hour. My husband explained to Christopher that on a previous car we had a cracked windshield and we called a competitor windshield company. They were going to replace it with a generic brand. Christopher informed my husband that this windshield was a "Volkswagen windshield" and not something generic!! At 10:20 am the tech arrived to reinstall the safety features.
