Had to bring the minivan in to get shocks, struts and brakes done before the winter hit too hard…read more I drive past this place on my way to work and home every day. They had a sign that said they have no-credit check payment plans, so what a perfect place to take a vehicle that needs several repairs and it will all cost a pretty penny!?! I called to ask about the payment plan and the woman I talked to was so helpful and explained the whole program to me. She sent me a link in a text message to apply. I was approved, and then the shop got the van in the very next day. All repairs were done, and I picked it back up the next morning. The guy in the shop was amazing! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He even gave me very sound advice on my other vehicle. My payments ended up being very reasonable and I will have it paid off in 14 months. So easy!!!

They not only were the cheapest (by over $100) but they were able to get me in after getting the estimate done, and got me back out again in a decent amount of time as well. When I mentioned that I wish I would've brought my charger because my phone was almost dead and I hadn't planned on getting it done today, the very nice gentleman working the front desk let me use a charger, making the wait totally easy to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push extra stuff I didn't need, and they even checked the brakes for free to begin with, while some other places wanted to charge $25-$50 to do so. I haven't ever been here before but between the price (which was great), the wait time (pretty much non-existent) and the time to get the job done (completely reasonable) I will definitely be coming back here again for my own personal vehicle. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

The dealerships have let me down and I won't return to them for any reason. The pricing is very fair for the work that they do. I ended up paying in full for an engine replacement which took 2 weeks longer than was said. I was told a week, then tomorrow every other day after that. I say every other day because they kept saying they'd call me and never did ever even when it was "done". I also told John that i wanted to see the alleged hole in the old engine when I paid before they started the job and everytime i talked to him i reminded him then all of a sudden the old engine was gone and they couldn't show me. I also of course asked them to check the surrounding parts while in there like battery, alternator, etc. 2 days after completion I had to have my vehicle towed back there guess what i needed a battery, now im sitting here again possibly in need of an alternator or electrical work. But the day i picked up my vehicle i pull it out of the space, walk around and immediately noticed my passenger front wheel well cover is missing as im now looking at the inside of my bumper and engine there's also wiring hanging about 2 inches from ground. I go in and mention it to john who tells me it must not have been on there the mechanic didn't have to remove it to put the engine in. Im like wait... what? Also somehow tore up my seatbelt guide on my drivers seat and my air force lanyard i bought my gf. Anybody wanna guess what that wiring went to. The alternator. When i opened my glove box all the screws from the wheel well fell out. I really wish id read the reviews pay attention to who has complaints and who says their services are so amazing. I don't think they're incompetent i think it's a little deeper than that i also bought tires btw so don't think that the amount is going to make a difference. Oh and 04 cavalier i could have put this engine in myself just no time or tools.

He took me out to the car while it was still on the lift and explained everything in detail. Most places don't let you near the car, you just have to take their word for it. Turns out all my car needed was a minor adjustment on the brakes. Most places would have probably tried to tell me I needed new pads and rotors. He didn't charge a diagnosis fee either. Every other place I checked wanted at least $30 to just tell me what the problem was. The whole process was quick and painless. Just moved to the area and have been looking for a good mechanic with no luck yet... until I pulled into B&R. Now I have my go to guy in the area. Thanks Randy!
