I was shown the tires available for me, but the ones I wanted were not in stock. I asked when they could get them and set an appointment for that day. When I showed up for my appointment, they were all set and it took about 45 minutes in all. Not bad for all 4 tires. The price I was quoted was the actual price I paid. Easy peasy. We scheduled an appointment online and then when we got to the store they couldn't find the appointment. 3. I called to schedule a tire rotation & balance on our car (tires purchased here) and was told that our vehicle is not listed on our account or in their system. We went into the store and miraculously they found our vehicle in the system. However, we waited in line for 30 minutes before speaking to an employee. Had to wait almost two hours before service was complete. Very disappointed with this store's recent customer service.

I found the mechanics trustworthy and reliable, until I went for my second oil change. When I went in this past week, I was told that I had so many things wrong with my car (which I have only had for a year and had a full inspection and service at the time of purchase) and the cost was ungodly. I was told I have multiple issues with my car that is threatening to my car/safety. I was told that if I did not make a $700 repair (alongside other repairs) to my car, I could be at risk of my car stopping movement immediately and being in significant danger. After a diagnosis like this (about $1400 out of pocket in repairs) I naturally, got a second opinion from a family friend who actually used to work at this establishment. He confirmed my suspicion and told me that they are scamming me out of money and using scare tactics to get me to spend/fix more when it's not necessary. I didn't even believe him at first, as I was told 2 very different things, so I took my car (a Honda civic) to Hare Honda in Avon where I got a third opinion from someone who specializes in these cars, who also confirmed this. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned with the amount of money they were trying to charge me, telling me that my safety is at risk driving my vehicle. I have had mechanics try and up charge me before, which is normal, but NEVER like this. Clearly the new ownership they are under is for the worse. I would advise you to stay away from them, as I don't even trust them to change my oil now. DO NOT trust anything they tell you- they are money hungry and trying to scam you out of money by choosing to use scare tactics! After looking at other reviews, it seems that this is a common theme with them... if you want to feel safe in your car, stay far away from them.
