This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. My suggestions would be to toast the bread a little to warm it up and to loosen it up a bit, cut the chicken thinner, cook it for less time or marinate it so it isn't so dry. It also wouldn't hurt to add a little more slaw and/or sauce to bring moisture back into the sandwich. Navin's customer service is top notch! For this reason, I would consider eating Trucking Delicious again, but I won't be eating the Jerk Chicken Sandwich.

Huge drumsticks with delicious sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. Even the waffle had homemade flavor and texture that was top notch! When they advertise about being from scratch, they are not messing around. What a pleasant lunch surprise this was. Very excellent. The sauces are delicious and based on a 70 year old family recipe handed down from the pitmaster's grandfather to his father to him. I especially liked mixing the black pepper sauce with the sweet sauce. Great sauces. The sides are all house made family recipes. The vinegar coleslaw was refreshing and tasty. The green beans were nicely seasoned and delicious. The honey cornbread was tasty. For $13 I got more food than I could eat. For the quality this is a bargain. Jay is the owner, operator, and pitmaster. He's a 3rd generation pitmaster and barbeque joint owner, and definitely knows his way around a smoker. He's also a really nice guy. I'm quite sure we will return again and again - definitely worth stopping if you're anywhere east of Columbus. The rig is permanently located at 10961 Hebron Road - 1/4 mile south of I-70 on the way into the town of Buckeye Lake. Highly recommended. Dad and Grandpa would be proud...
