I dunno what it is, but that place has acoustics that compliment the sound of music without becoming overbearing to the point of not hearing the person next to you. Place is nice. I like cozy small bars like this. We went mid day around 2. Drink menu is underwhelming. I had the flowershop and my husband had the expresso martini.
