Walmart People Alert!…read more This is an event that occurs once a year.... A few days of the year, special individuals shows up quite dumbfounded about the amazingness that is Walmart. They wander around the center aimlessly. They are afraid to touch the merchandises as they are more comfortable with the items behind a screen. I have spotted the freshmen/college student at Walmart. Walmart will become your church/temple/synagogue. You will visit weekly and offer your appreciation. This might be your first time here. If your parents paying, this is your guide. Lamp- Yes, Get it. You claim that it is for late night reading, but it will serve it's purpose to enhance your snapchat/instagram photo. Lighting is everything. You can't photoshop yourself out of this. Microwave- A must have. College may prohibit this, but try your best to get one. People who can microwave food at night will make you popular when you get the munchies/hangry. If you really don't want a microwave, get a water boiler. You will learn chemistry and engineering late at night. Frig- Cold beverage is always good. Tell parents its for the water... Nalgene- Grab atleast 2. One is for water. The bottle is for soda/juice/etc/ or when you forget where you place the first nalgene. Nalgene will mean everything. Snacks/oatmeal/nuts- Late night food is always good to have. Can't study when hungry. Air freshener/detergents- room smelling good and having clean clothes will make you look like a responsible college student. Grab a hoodie- I prefer a hoodie from your college, but if you see something that you like. Get it. Hoodie will be your clothing attire half the time. This isn't everything that you should get at college. But hey, you have to start somewhere. You will master everything by sophomore year. Enjoy shopping at Walmart.

If you're in the capital region, to go the location in Clifton Park. It's nicer, cleaner and overall I always have a better experience. Walmart in Troy is never a great location to go to. All the items are locked up, the self checkout is always closed and truthfully, this is a non bias opinion.

Years ago they had a stock crew come in BEFORE the store opened so you wouldn't have to trip on boxes, but I'm sure the little bit of money they saved cutting those positions more than made up for the loss of sales.... right. And now those poor employees are forced to smile at us? You have options. You can shop local, you can shop on line. The only reason we still went there was they had our favorite kind of coffee creamer in a big bottle, but honestly, I'll just pay the extra few dollars at my grocery store.

Alas, we did not have the discount code loaded properly and... Hailey to the rescue. She swiped and tapped a few things with the kiddo and we saved and extra spot of cash. Store is easy to navigate, clean, and everything was stocked. Good area and staff was nice to interact with. With Hailey going above-and-beyond to ensure we have a super-positive experience in getting the discount we qualified for, it hit all the right points to make the experience perfect. Stopped by the Front Desk manager to tell them the same and they said to fill out the survey on the receipt-- did that, too. We'll be sure to visit this Target for future needs because of that experience.

What can you say about Target? The stores are clean, and well stocked. I don't shop here too…read moreoften, but it is my go-to for certain facial tissues. Other household items like bathroom accessories are frequently bought there by my wife. But I want to take this opportunity to issue them a REWARD! Yes, a reward. Would you believe I'm most impressed by their shopping carts? They are the quietest and most smooth rolling shopping carts of any store I've ever shopped in. They even feel just right when you are holding on to them and steering them through the aisles. I don't know that I'd go so far as to say they are the BMW of shopping carts, but they give you a feeling of confidence as you push them through the store. Thank you, Target, for raising my shopping experience to the next level.

Seriously... did an online shopping order and I guess the person doing the…read morejob didn't want to do his job or they all just decided to get rid of all the inventory that they couldn't sell and put it in my order. All the canned fruit was dented significantly, the milk had a lid that just popped off and was missing about a pint of milk in the gallon container. I guess none of them lived through the Tylenol scare in the 80s to be concerned about what this could mean... but even so, this is clearly something that you always check for when shopping.... tilt the milk container before putting it in your cart to make sure it doesn't leak... this one clearly looks like it got smashed and had dried milk over it. Only thing they didn't seem to mess up was the frozen pizza and frozen dinners. But the guy clearly just had a pissed off attitude like he didn't want to be there. If you don't like your job, feel free to work somewhere else... keep them away from groceries.... Ace Ventura's mauling of boxes was only funny in the movies.

That being said the chair closest to the box office movie theater I think is the most comfortable. My only complaint is I wish the website had more up-to-date information of where the new businesses are going in. I know they're going to be getting new businesses but I don't know where they're going. I think their map is up to date for what is in the mall. I'm not around here on Sundays to go to the flea market but I do know they have a flea market the pictures look like it is an interesting time. FYI on massage chair don't use it more than 5 to 15 minutes unless you want your back to be bruised by the very very strong rollers.

Around 1:30 pm I was really lightheaded and need to eat something, I'm diabetic. I went to MochaLisa's and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. You would think this was a quick order. There were 4 or 5 people working the counter and I was the only person waiting for take-out. After about 15 minutes I finally asked what was taking so long. They said, oh there are other orders. Really? for takeout? Then they said their toaster was on the 'low' setting. I should have just asked for a refund and gotten a slice of pizza. Will never be going to this place again!
