The moment I walked in, an older white guy -- who didn't have any uniform, badge, or anything indicating he even worked there -- snaps at me, "Do you have an appointment or something?" with the worst attitude like I was bothering him just by existing. I tell him no, I just need to look at tires, and he fires back with, "Well we can't see you till Sunday or Monday, I don't know what to tell you." Cool. Fine. Whatever. But I still needed a quote, so I go up to the counter. The older lady working the desk? Even worse attitude. Didn't greet me, didn't ask what I needed, just acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of her day. At that point I realized if this is how they treat someone before they even get the job, I definitely don't want them touching my car. I just left. I'll take my money to a shop that actually wants business and knows how to talk to customers.

I realized that I bought the wrong brand. I bought Pepsi by mistake. So, I immediately turned around and went in to ask if I could exchange for the brand I needed. The young man said they don't exchange drinks but could possibly give me a refund. This would've been fine with me because I just wanted to get the refund and buy in the store the correct brand I needed anyway. So, he went in the back and got his manager and she and him both told me that I couldn't get a refund on my purchase either, even though nothing had been opened and I had just bought this at the same store 5 minutes prior. They raised their voices and were taunting me. I could tell they were bothered by me even though there was nobody else in line. I have been a regular customer in this store for many years and was never treated with such poor customer service at this store. I thought about unleashing my verbal inner ghetto, but at 66 years of age, I just wanted to go home and call this a bad experience in customer service. I did let them know that as a regular customer, I see them give refunds all the time. But at 66 years of age, I felt that these disrespectful young people weren't worth any more of my time. I had better things to do. My grandchildren actually ended up liking the Pepsi instead of Coke after all, when they visited me on Christmas. However, I will never be back in this store because of the rudeness and terrible customer service.
