I've never heard of Ollie's, so I really didn't have expectations going in. I just wanted books. Normally, I'd remove a full star for cleanliness (I have a South Phoenix, ghetto background), but oddly, it didn't bother me because this store is obviously very old. The book section delivered, and my son found a full fantasy book set as well as a cook book. I found a set of bowls I can use for leftovers. And wtf they have furniture?! They don't deliver, but that is listed in their rules but Jesus fuck, that's a great price! I wouldn't buy food here, but that's only because as I've grown, I've gone to bougie farmers markets in Phoenix. But if you're on a strict budget? This place is fantastic! I signed up for the rewards program (seriously, you can't go wrong with this), and the cashier explained everything. I'd 1000%, one million percent recommend this place. If you're on a budget, this is definitely worth checking. There's truly no shame in saving a few extra bucks, especially in our economy. I loved this and I will definitely return. As a side note, my mother in law would DESPISE this place, which is all the more reason for me than establish my white trash paradise. If you DO judge white trash, just remember: we have WAY more fun than middle and upper class because we don't give two f*cks about appearance. We just know how to love better on a budget.

It's easy to overspend (if you're on a budget) because you see things you didn't intent to get but you do because you can't beat the prices. Try not to take your kids because they'll be worse than you when it comes to picking one or two things. The store wasn't the cleanest BUT my expectations weren't high for that. In make up Lan Come Cliniquue and Este Lauder Gabby helped me out with all 3 brands. She was patient and of course u bought many things because she took time to put them on my face . I'm 57 so make up is important for me to feel good and look young. Ma ha in the Anastasia brand helped perfect my eyebrows with Gabby The sales were awesome 40 percent off perfume sets and 25 percent off make up at Lancome. This Dillard's in Temple is competitive with online sales. Ill choose coming into Dillard's anyway instead of online buying. Try Dillard's. No pressure but awesome sales people who want to help and care. Dillards in Temple is clean , neatly organized , helpful sale people. Great retail therapy experience. My mom is 88 years old. This was quite an endeavor for her. Lana and Yolanda were patient and most helpful in meeting our every need and accommodating my mom. I couldn't ask for a better experience than shopping here with these ladies help. Their expertise is top notch and customer care goes without saying. Both of my visits I was able to find wonderful antiques & vintage items in great condition and nicely priced. During my most recent visit an item appeared to have had the price tag removed or it had fallen off. However the helpful shop attendant contacted the owner/vendor to obtain the price and promised to text me as soon as she heard back. I left to continue shopping at another store in the area when the text promptly came through, it was in my price range so i returned to complete the purchase. I am so impressed with their customer service, prices and merchandise I will definitely be back.

I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

Had to start the entire process over. Didn't help me wrap anything when I had 12 glass items. She placed two plastic bags and a stack of paper on the counter as it fell everywhere. This place usually has a good selection of items. I find a lot is my art frames here. And things are usually priced fair. But today the workers at the front were very questionable.
