Today is worst experience cuz I kept telling them I am deaf . 3 times ask for SSN .. plus they ask me to download Capital One which I don't like it.. Then use Nagish which they don't understand me .. so I had to typed words .. Finally I have had it .. I told them I will use new card one time only and typed they lost my business.. then went straight to my van and got scissor to cut up 3 cards and throw the cards in pieces on the counter.. Very disappointed in this company. Went and found shoes I like that they have advertised on sale. Went to ring up and was told they are not the price they displayed. We showed them the shoes where they had all of them and the sign and the employee said it was priced that accidentally cause they moved stuff around. That's not my fault that's what they are advertising and not selling at correct price. The employee said that it's a mistake and the price is staying at what they rang up as. Will not shop at a place that advertises items a different price then what they ring up. Not okay! read more

Always something with this location. Order online and order is never fulfilled. Customer service desk is never courteous or polite, associates hang up with attitudes and never offers any kind of kind customer service. Instead of offering a resolution instead you're wasting time and money going back and forth to and from the location because of a simple mistake. read more

I have always been a fan of Kohl's. Their clothes and shoes are very nice and moderately priced. Recently I had a bad experience. It has nothing to do with their goods but their personnel. I went in a dressing room to try clothes. I was wearing a vest that I received as a gift from my sister. When I left the dressing room I left behind the clothes I was not buying and inadvertently my vest. When I realized I left my vest I went back to the dressing room. The store clothes I left behind were being put up but my vest was gone. The store did not have many customers so I'm inclined to believe that it was taken by an employee. It left me angry and I probably won't go their for a while. read more

They have good quality clothes at very reasonalbe prices. . Each department usually have weekly sales plus they occasionaly send out Kohls cash for a few dollars off. read more

I've just had the worst experience at your store here in Temple, TX. Store 1422. We had previously spent quite a bit of money and we were attempting to redeem $120 in Kohls cash on our almost $900 transaction. When the associate tried to scan it, it said it was previously redeemed. In New York. I have never been to New York. The manager stepped in to get involved and acted inconvenienced the entire time. At first she informed us that we would have to call a number to get it sorted. However after we asked, she called for us. Whomever she spoke to said that there wasn't anything we could do, and that she could not honor our Kohls cash. She told us to try back tomorrow. Several problems with that... the Kohls cash expired today and we had already picked out quite a bit of merchandise to purchase today. I told her that it was unacceptable and to talk to someone else about this. There was a glitch in her system or some sort of hacker... whatever the problem it was not our fault. She decided to head to the back of the store to call her manager unlike the previous call which she made in front of us. That decision seemed strange to me, as she had just made a call from customer service desk without any issues. She came back from that phone call and said that there wasn't anything she can do. So I called a Kohls number i found online and spoke to Faith who was absolutely amazing. She helped us get it sorted out, she told us there was a glitch in the system and that it wasn't our fault at all. She spoke to the manager at the Kohls and convinced her to apply the Kohls cash to our transaction. The entire process took an hour. And throughout it, the Kohls manager made me feel like I was a thief. She made me feel embarrassed, because this entire thing happened in front of multiple other customers. I truly feel that I never wish to visit this location again. Kohls has always been amazing to me, except for this manager. She embarassed me in front of so many people. Also, while I was on the phone with corporate I could hear her talking about me and the situation with other Kohls associates. She called me entitled and implied that we were rude and difficult customers. We earned that Kohls cash so we have the right to spend it. We also wasted a ton of time dealing with this and they were unsympathetic. I was literally in tears from now embarrassed I was. The managers name was Monika and this is the first time we have received this type of treatment from Kohls. The company is normally amazing in their customer service. read more

Everytime I go to shop at this Kohls location in Temple , Tx . I always have problems with pricing/return/price matching . And the demeanor of the customer service associates are very catty . One star is too good!. I went into Kohl's in early Feb. to make a payment, the young man at the service desk was having trouble. I had to swipe my card 3 times. I received a e-statement, only one in 3 months, with the balance higher than it should be. Turns out the payment never posted. I am not crazy or someone that is late on payments! I'm proud of my great credit and am having to chase down bank statements to clear my payment up. I closed my account and will not shop at Kohl's ever again!!!! read more

I have Kohls Charge card and got $15 kohls cash but lost the paper Kohls cash. Called the Cust Service and they said since i did the purchase in-store the store should be able to get me the cash back. When i went to the store the staff have no clue including the supervisor.
