The employees here have always been helpful when I've had a question or needed assistance with something. It's a great store to checkout when you are in the Sanford area.

LOL. This place is not very clean or organized. I mean everything has its place but it is crammed and in a somewhat dirty warehouse, but if you are willing to overlook that, the prices are super good. They have tons of selection in materials, like doors, windows, parts for plumbing, light fixtures and so much more (even old sinks and potties outside). The couple working there was nice and friendly, offered to help us but didn't hover, and invited us back another time. A would-be 4 star review was reduced to 3 due to feeling like I may have narrowly escaped my own death in the upstairs of this old building. Many of the floor boards are cracked, creaking, and shaky. Holes in the floor were covered with a thin sheet of plywood or cardboard in some cases. And to make it all the more challenging... there were no lights! I had to use the flashlight app on my phone to get around. I'm not a prude by any means, and I don't mind getting dirty in the dustiest of flea markets and the like, but this was just unsafe.
