I noticed that items were on sale when you used the Scan and Go App. So this girl started scanning like I had coupons...Lol. I added my payment info, paid and skipped all the lines. Showed my QR Code at the door and away I went. I appreciate the use of the rest of my day. Thanks

Sam's Club Pickup & Delivery - Not Reliable…read more Worst service I've experienced with Sam's Club. My delivery order was cancelled last minute. I rescheduled for curbside pickup, and the order was not ready at the scheduled time. After checking in, we waited over an hour with no updates. I called the store multiple times--one call was answered and immediately disconnected, and the rest went unanswered. Member Services routed me through an automated system that redirected me back to the store. After holding for 25 minutes trying to reach support, the system then increased my estimated wait time to 52 minutes--moving backwards instead of forward. When I finally reached a store associate, they said they couldn't help and told me to call Member Services again. There is no ownership between the store and corporate--just a loop with no resolution. If Sam's Club doesn't have the staffing or infrastructure to support curbside and delivery, they shouldn't offer it. At this point, the membership is not worth it--those services are unreliable.

But overall, it's a warehouse type of ordeal minus the free sampling that I really was accustomed to.
