Very helpful in choosing fabric, loaning swatches, and explaining changes to the components of a sofa that would affect price and comfort. We were so happy with the selection and price and quality. This is by far the best furniture store I have ever been into, and I have been to a lot all over the U.S. And in North Carolina. The owner and staff are fantastic and the quality of the furniture that they carry is superb, they definitely believe in quality. The prices are super low, if you compared the brands at this store to any other store, they will definitely beat other stores prices. If you live in the area, delivery is very quick if you buy something they have in stock, obviously if you special order it you have to wait for them to receive the item first before they deliver it. We have now purchased from this store 4 times and all items are great and the customer service is great. I will only do my furniture purchasing from this store from now on, unless they aren't able to get me what I want, but I haven't found an issue with that yet. read more
