They sell items such as manufacturers, extras, and closeouts. If you see something you like, snag it, because there's a good chance it won't be there the next time you come in. The "treasure hunt" aspect is what makes it fun. They have clothes, hardware, kitchenware, pet supplies, toys, and the list goes on and on. The prices are also very reasonable. I bought an extremely comfortable, fleece blanket, and quite a few clothing items that I would've probably easily paid over $100 for out the door at a regular store. I only paid about 50. If I lived in the area, I would definitely shop here more often. It's a great store. Thanks.

However, the store is not kept up in terms of having a clean floor, leaving boxes open that has to be stocked away and also not being the cleanest place to be. The atmosphere is okay but doesn't have a welcoming feel. Every time, at least I came, the checkout line was always understaffed, only having a couple of registers open, and the line backed up. It was always a drag since it would take a while. It would be awesome if something can be worked out. If so, a change can come. Pros - great deals at a great price Cons - maintaining the facility and customer service There is potential for sure.

One was on break but came back while I was in line and the other poor women was by herself for a while. They did their best and were nice but there was not enough man power for the amount of people in there. When I got in the line there was about 15 people ahead of me! It improved drastically once the other person came back from break. They were actually mentioning that there was someone who was always running late to work who had not shown up yet. I have no issue with the workers but they need more help and there could be a more order in the store.

Unfortunately, they often function with one cashier so the line does tend to get long at any given time. Dollar Tree prices keep climbing but you can still get cleaning supplies, and most household goods for less than $2. Today I noticed some cleaning supplies, like brooms, mops and dusters priced at $1.50, while foil and plastic wrap are up to $1.75. I don't even head to the aisles marked at $3 and above because I remember when everything was truly $1. Makes you wonder at what point will they have to change their name to Miscellaneous items at Miscellaneous Prices Depot. I may be reaching.. Anywho Dollar Tree remains a great place to get wine glasses, Pint glasses, and coffee mugs for a buck. Signed, The Happy Hour Huntress

Two employees were deeply apologetic when they told me that the items weren't available. They both told me the days and times that their trucks arrived so that I could return and have a better chance of finding the items. When I returned a few days later, I was told that they had sold out of their supply almost immediately. A female employee then handed me a 4 pack of toilet paper that she had put aside for herself! She said she was not in dire need and that she would replenish her personal supply when their next truck arrived. I was so moved by her selfless and generous act. I have returned to this store several times during the pandemic. They don't always have the items I'm looking for, but I have found that I have a better shot of finding them here than I do at any other local store. Each time I go, an employee will ask what I'm looking for, and then will go into the back area to pull that item for me (if available), as the truck had recently arrived and they hadn't had time to properly stock the shelves yet. I am just amazed at the fantastic level of customer service at this store. One of the times I went, there was a bin at every register filled with reusable washable face masks for $3 each. I bought two as that was the limit. I am so happy with those masks! While I was waiting on line the next time I went, I noticed a manger keeping a watchful eye over the cashiers, and reminding them to make sure that their masks covered both their nose and mouth. I also noticed that there were no bins of masks at any of the registers, as I would have bought two more. I asked the manager if he had any more masks and he told me that they had sold out very quickly, but there were more on order. I told him how happy I was with the masks that I had previously purchased. A few minutes later, the manager approached me and said that a truck had just arrived, and he would be happy to check if the masks were in that delivery. Sadly, they weren't, but I appreciate that the manger went above and beyond to actually check for me. I have shopped in this store many times over the years, and I have always had an okay experience here. But shopping here during the pandemic has been amazing. Every single employee that I have interacted with has gone out of their way to assist me. Their work ethic and pleasant upbeat attitudes are superb. A note to upper management and corporate - every single one of the employees in this store should be commended for their hard work and dedication to customer service.

I was looking at the prices for the dim sum, it seemed expensive. I'd like this place to succeed, so I provided some personal advice to the owner: focus on your cultural roots, and bring in some Egyptian specialties, instead of trying to compete with the American ship offerings that are available in abundance across the street. He seemed receptive and told me they were planning to have a deli section with hot foods. Waiting for the licensing or something. I hope that is the case because they would be the only falafel game in town and I believe they would be quite successful. I'm rooting for them, but unless they can get a more unique offering, I fear they may not make it as a "grocery".
