I will say that their food selection is always on point (sugarfree pumpkin syrup for my psl fix while on a diet), and I am probably the only person that goes to Marshalls just for that section most times. So many aisles of treats, snacks, spices, syrups, crackers, you name it. Planners in the paper aisle and always Dayna Lee Collection available journals. The clothes here are always a great selection, and the home goods are always amazing. I love this Marshalls.

And reminded me I had 3 months in which to return them if I weren't satisfied. On another visit Customer Service spent extra time looking on the computer for the hair color I always used and couldn't find. They told me it was no longer sold in the store but online only. And yet a third time that I made a trip to Target a young lady volunteered that if I weren't satisfied with the finger nail polish, I could return it. All the sales people were patient, friendly, and helpful. And my daughter finds finds really good bargains regularly!

I really liked the deals that they had on their men's clothes (professional and casual). If I had to describe this place to someone who had never been before I would say it's like a Marshall's but a little more upscale, sort of like the difference between Target and Wal-Mart in my opinion. In my opinion, there wasn't much of a discrepancy between Kohl's prices and Marshall's although I didn't do a lot of in-depth research on that while I was in there,LOL. The wife did find a lot of good deals on baby clothes in here and the prices on those were very competitive. The staff were very friendly at this particular store although on this occasion we only interacted with the young lady at the register. We go to Florida quite a bit and I can see this becoming one of our regular stops when we are in town.

I have never had an issue with the quality of their clothing or shoes. Anytime I have had to return an item the process has been hassle free. I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter to wear on the first day of school. This particular brand was on sale so the sizes were limited. I purchased the size I thought would fit her the best but they ended up being too small. When I returned them I was disappointed to find that they did not have her size. The salesperson immediately assisted me in placing an order for her size online. She knew I needed them for the first day of school so she expedited the shipping and waved the charge. Great service!

I called the store to inquire about the policy and was told "it was okay to wear and mask but it was not required". I am amazed you do not care about the health and well being of your customers or employees during a COVID crisis, I had just come from KOHL'S and they require masks, give you one if you don't have one and everyone was wearing masks. The food court is decent-- you've got healthy smoothies and greek gyros, and the usual. All the attendants and checkers I've met are super nice and genuine. Yes there are still empty slots on one end of it but that's partly because this place is MASSIVE. Its actually a good workout if you need to walk inside... I used to live in small towns where the malls were much smaller so I count myself fortunate here. Are there better malls out there? Of course!
