I will say that their food selection is always on point (sugarfree pumpkin syrup for my psl fix while on a diet), and I am probably the only person that goes to Marshalls just for that section most times. The clothes here are always a great selection, and the home goods are always amazing. I love this Marshalls.

Most clothes didn't look gently used and the brands weren't what we expected. The big upside was that even as the prices were higher than we thought were reasonable, they were acceptable due to the 50% off. My daughter was able to select a cute dress and jumpsuit. She found a very cute pair of overalls that we unfortunately didn't realize had one of the straps in reverse order and that could not simply be twisted back even going through the clip. We'll have to cut the strap in order to make it work. The only draw for future visits would be another sale.

I'll only go to Nordstroms from now on. While you can try a shoe on for initial fit, you cannot predict if a shoe is so poorly made it will rub your skin off until you wear it out. At Nordstroms and other better retailers, they will take care of a customer if the quality causes an issue like this. Why spend the same money here to have horrible customer service? I'll just go to a better store from now on to buy the same shoe at the same price where they care about the customer and quality control. Lesson learned.

At least I did get a free meal out of it:) I had never been in a Kohl's before although after having been into one, I plan on visiting more Kohl's in the Atlanta area. I really liked the deals that they had on their men's clothes (professional and casual). If I had to describe this place to someone who had never been before I would say it's like a Marshall's but a little more upscale, sort of like the difference between Target and Wal-Mart in my opinion. In my opinion, there wasn't much of a discrepancy between Kohl's prices and Marshall's although I didn't do a lot of in-depth research on that while I was in there,LOL. The wife did find a lot of good deals on baby clothes in here and the prices on those were very competitive. The staff were very friendly at this particular store although on this occasion we only interacted with the young lady at the register. We go to Florida quite a bit and I can see this becoming one of our regular stops when we are in town.
