The woman who assisted me throughout the booking and appointment process was very helpful and accommodating! The store was very clean and there was a wide variety of dresses/dress clothes & shoes for any formal event! Honestly she had almost anything you could think of as far as formal events go. Wedding gowns, quince dresses, childrens dresses/dress clothes, shoes, jewelry, bouquets, clutches, undergarments and more! They even do dress preservations which I thought was so awesome! I think there were less than 20 or 30 dresses altogether which was a little unfortunate. I definitely wish there was more to try on especially since the store's name is "world of bridal." Lamps, books, blankets, jewelry and sage - what more could you ask for?!?! It almost reminds me of a shop up in Wisconsin Dells. And then there is Steve... He is funny and down to earth. Date of visit: 11/3/21…read more I had some Kohl's Cash that was about to expire and I hadn't seen anything at my local store the last time I was there so I decided to check out the store closest to work since I had to stop at the Post Office anyway. I found the store to be bright and uncluttered, with a nice selection of items in several areas. I didn't find any Halloween clearance that was to my liking unfortunately but did find a fall welcome mat that was quite cheap and a Christmas gift that was similarly inexpensive. Just a couple areas for improvement: No self-checkout option here, which would have come in handy as the line to checkout was fairly long this day. There were several people at Customer Service that did not have customers, though finally someone did come over to assist the two cashiers. Also, the cashier did not ask me for coupons and I didn't remember that there was a 20% off promotion going on at the time. While it likely would have been less than a dollar, I work too hard for my money to give it away!
