They continue to surprise - great deals on outdoor furniture for the second year in a row. Have now furnished the deck and a gazebo!

I brought my own gloves since it's best to be safe incase you touch something that can irritate your skin. The is quite a bit of lint as you dig so I recommend wearing a mask so it doesn't cause allergies. It's a fun experience to go and dig for clothing items since you can always find vintage goods. I was able to leave with 3 knit sweaters for $3! And one of them is a vintage Burberry one. Since there is no organization and thrown into bins you find a mix of all sizes and genders for clothes. There aren't any fitting rooms so it's mostly eyeballing or just throwing it on top of what you're already wearing. The service is great. No one was really fighting over bins when I went which was good. I did go at a later time which meant there wasn't much left to look through. Overall I would love to come again but I would need at least an hour or two!

The staff does not make any effort to pick them up - they roll tables in and out straight over clothes, and sometimes use broom to sweep fallen pieces just like trash. Bins with solid items are super messy, with tons of broken pieces, piling - huge items, small items, all in one pile. I find great things there, and def. going back, but wish management would have more respect for the items BUT MOST OF - US, CUSTOMERS.

I spent my college…read moreyears living off of their cheap storage items and potentially-hazardous-yet-so-cheap electronics and power chargers. The company sells a lot of cute little trinkets (primarily aimed at teens, but there's something for everyone) and has some pretty sweet deals. But I was definitely not impressed with this location. I know it just opened, but it was a mess already. Items were strewn everywhere, and kids were running about kicking soccer balls at shoppers. Honestly, it felt a little like Mad Max. The employees seemed extremely harried and beaten-down, and one barked unpleasantly for me to move as I was trying to maneuver around a rather large family. The lines were ridiculous at first, and the store seemed woefully understaffed for a Saturday. It was honestly a pretty irritating experience, but I bought a pretty nice storage cube fo $5 and a yoga mat, so it wasn't all bad. It could be the growing pains of a new location, but it definitely seems like they weren't staffed to the levels needed (and the employees were probably sick of babysitting some of these semi-feral children, so it's not the fault Five Below in that regard). I'm not ready to write this store off completely - hopefully it improves in a couple of months when everything settles down. Plus, they have those awesome rolling hand baskets, which is always a bonus in my book.

Most always, you'll discover just what you are looking for or unique things you've never seen before. When I walk in it is an explosion of color and fun. There's always a holiday section and on this visit the Christmas stuff was half off. Whatever the holiday, major or small, this store will have something for it. There is a great selection of silver jewelry, clothing, socks, hats (Kentucky Derby and Winter) and purses and backpacks. You can also find a great selection of lamps and kitchenware. There's cute trinkets and candles too. Honestly, there is stuff overload here!! The price point is pretty reasonable. But I do feel that they are not afraid to charge it up for certain items so you will have to stay alert. There are good sales too so that helps. The staff and owner are always fantastic. They are very sweet and super helpful. I enjoy chatting with everyone when I stop in to shop. When you have a little time on your hands, you should definitely check this interesting Downtown Racine Main Street place out.

The owner of this fading store would NOT allow me to look at $14 pashminas without her "help". When I said I wanted to look on my own, she fumed, "It's MY store." I walked across the street found much nicer merchandise, and a pleasant person behind the counter. If you want to browse, be treated with civility, steer clear!
