Admittedly there are some obvious growing plains the store has, for some reason they restrict certain ages from entering SO PARENTS BEWARE!! You can't take your kids (atleast as of 2021) , another interesting point is the requirement that all boxes be opened at the counter, I can see why this is needed but the amount that they require this is... a little much I have many many stories of being falsely accused of opening boxes and at times even being yelled at for doing so just because of my proximity to an open box (not because I opened the box) Other than that the place is a cool novelty and most of the time is a great experience, just be aware that there are some weird rules but they are TOTALLY worth following for the steals you can find here :)

My initial thought was that this might be a surplus store with bottom basement prices but it is actually a store that sells catalog clothing at standard or slightly discounted prices. They carry the Simply Southern brand among others that were not familiar to me. They had a little of everything from tees to jeans, dresses tops and accessories. If you seek, you will find as I did. I found a really cute navy jumper and a nice winter hat, very reasonably priced. Don't forget to check out the men's department featuring casual clothing and accessories, (like really cute and colorful belts). During my visit, I witnessed Annette engaging in what appeared to be racial profiling toward a Hispanic customer. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she openly agreed with another customer who made a comment suggesting the individual " she should learn how to speak English." Her behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. While the main customers are Hispanics. On top of that, when it came time for us to check out, Annette told us to look for the same skirt but with a price, even after we told her it was the last one on the shelf. She expected us to do her job and locate the information ourselves. This was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping.

My friend and style guru extraordinaire, Bentley DeGarmo (OWNER!), knows what her savvy clientele wants - and she really delivers! I am always impressed with her ever-changing inventory of designer clothing and accessories which arrive every day. Each item that comes through the door is thoroughly screened by Bentley herself, so whatever you see on the sales floor has been specifically approved. In other words, you are guaranteed to look good in whatever you decide to buy! You won't see outdated or ragtag clothes here: fashions from Dolce & Gabbana, Theory, Louis Vuitton, Diane Von Furstenburg, Tory Burch, and Gucci are just a few of the designer labels she carries. I also want to mention that over a quarter of these styles have never even been worn and some arrive for inspection complete with tags. Talk about a steal! What more could a shopper ask for?! I haven't made a trip to Labels yet without buying something. There are rows and rows of long bins and you literally have to dig for the deals. First first timers it can be overwhelming so here's what to know : - once you enter grab a blue bag and start shopping ! - most purses aren't allowed . If it's clear or tiny they may let you bring it in but otherwise leave it in the car. -you can't open boxes at the bins . There may be boxes that you can't tell what is inside - if you want to have it opened you have to take it to the box counter and an employee will open it . Afterwards they will seal it back and give it to you to purchase or place behind the counter if you don't want it . -the Amazon app can be helpful ! If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can sometimes scan the barcodes on the boxes and bagged items to view the official Amazon listing . You can then see clearly what the item is , the price it retails for on Amazon and read reviews. This doesn't always work though because the bintime employees place new upc stickers over the original ones which aren't recognized by Amazon . - disposable gloves are great to wear here. You will be digging through things and touching lots of stuff so I always like to wear disposable gloves I can toss once I leave . -Saturday is the most expensive and busiest day ($5) because the most coveted items are dropped on this day . -right now 50 cent day is Wednesday. It's worth going to . I snagged a bunch of Aveda and Redken hair products as well as high end face products for 50 cents . It can often be just as busy as Saturday. - if you arrive before they open there will be a line . - if you are buying food make sure to check the expiration as they don't . -there's another section of the store called the "deal den" with a different selection of what they consider "premium items" priced higher than the bins. This kinda place is a once or twice a year visit for me . Other people seem to go every weekend and they seem more critical . But for me and my minimal visits , it's a fun time ! It can be chaotic and somewhat mentally exhausting but the adrenaline rush is real when you find a deal ! Have fun !

I purchased shoes that had a security tag- HE DID NOT REMOVE THE SECURITY TAG. Everyone makes mistakes, but I would need to make a 2hr drive back to rectify his error.
