I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with a cashier named Annette. During my visit, I witnessed Annette engaging in what appeared to be racial profiling toward a Hispanic customer. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she openly agreed with another customer who made a comment suggesting the individual " she should learn how to speak English." Her behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. While the main customers are Hispanics.
On top of that, when it came time for us to check out, Annette told us to look for the same skirt but with a price, even after we told her it was the last one on the shelf. She expected us to do her job and locate the information ourselves.
This was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping. read more
