I came here when I was in the area. It was a pretty easy place to stop even in the Covid times…read moreeverybody was masked. It's a well organized store with a very large kitchen and home goods section. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

So far - out of all the TJM's I've been to - this one is my favorite. This isn't because it's the…read moreclosest to me, it's because it has the best selections and savings I've seen. The store is almost always clean and well organized and stocked. There is always plenty of parking and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Though I'm not a fan of their check out corral - it is what it is and though it might look long - it never takes too long to get through it! Pricing and clearance items are what brings me back to this store frequently. There is always something - my wife says they have great deals on purses - and I think she's right because I checked her closet and she has a lot in there. They have clothing for everyone, but shoes just for the lady and my wife's closet can attest to that as well. They also have a lot of "stuff" from spices to tea, dishes, dog toys, and YES - stuff for my grandson - MEANS Spiderman and Avenger stuff - yes and books for children too! So the next time you are in Northern Chautauqua County and you're on Vineyard Drive stop in here and let me know what you think. They'd get a 5 star if they had shoes for men and a better organized clearance section!

I really wasn't ever going to do a review of this place, mostly because I want to keep it as my own…read morelittle secret, but that's just not fair of me. I have been going to this little shop on the lake - we call it "Sally Ann's" for years. No one understand why we go there, but I'll attempt to explain. For starters - the two girls at the counter - Diane and Doreen have become like family. We've shared dog stories, kid problems and basically just gotten to know two people that we wouldn't have ever met if we didn't make that first trip in. Secondly - with all the stress of today - it's great to be able to go somewhere and just rummage through stuff. It's sorta like a forever yard sale and the selections are endless. Sure you have to pick through a lot to find the steal, but every once in awhile - it just takes our minds off from everything else. It's amazing that if you just give it a shot - what you might find. PLUS - we donate everything we don't want or need right back to this location. We don't throw anything usable out or save it for our own yard sale. Instead - we meticulously record every item we donate and receive receipts, which turn out to save us huge on tax returns. From genuine coach purses - to really great knock offs - to New Religion Jeans, Anne Taylor - RL - Tommy - you name it - you might find it here. Yes - some clothes and some items should have been tossed out or used for rags - but that's the fun of it - picking through all that stuff. Sure you might have a load of laundry to wash - you just can't beat the price for grandchildren's play clothes or for those pants to mow the lawn in. How about that brand new pair of dress pants with that new shirt still with the tags. I'm sorry, but I like a bargain and I don't mind shopping around in a thrift store. For service, staff friendliness - this store would get 5 stars, however, it is very disorganized and not the cleanest of places - so I am dropping it down to 4 stars and hope no one shops here!

Every time we stop in this little "Gem in Dunkirk" there is something new and different - really unique items. The pricing is really great and your dollar goes a long way here. Some of the items are so hard to find that this might be the only place you will see some of these things. This store if far better then most Thrift stores we've ever been to - so much more that we don't even call it a thrift store - it's definitely a boutique! There is normally parking on the side street - the store itself faces the main road, but it sits on a corner - so parking on the side street is the best place as there is a fire hydrant right out front and no sense giving the City of Dunkirk the money you just saved by shopping at this store. The items you will find in this store range from slightly used clothing (not a huge selection, but something for everyone), household items, books, CD's, toys, seasonal items (GREAT Christmas finds), furniture, TV's that work and are plugged in, and the list just is endless. I almost don't want you to shop here because I can't get everything I want all at once and I'm afraid you will find my stuff and buy it up! However, the owners and their daughter that works there are so friendly and helpful I'd like to see them flourish in this economy. So - I'm willing to share. Right now they have amazing store hours and are open 7 days a week - YES even on Sundays when there is little else to do - take a drive down the scenic route to Dunkirk and stop and and check this place out!
