You have to be careful at this place - the clearance and sale items - especially the freebees are really nice, but the quality of the merchandise isn't there. There are tons of things you can get without worry and their return policy is VERY good - so most of the time I'd take a chance with a purchase. The place is new so it's clean, organized and stocked well with a huge variety of things to pick from - even toys - creative toys. You just never know what you will find in here so I recommend checking it out when you have some time to kill. Staff are normally very good - I've been here quite a few times and never ran into anyone totally rude - perhaps just a bit like someone having a bad day :) Plenty of room to park here because this place is only taking up a fraction of the closed Tops plaza parking! read more

This is my new go-to store for tools. I have purchased a lot of small tools here and with the low prices, I am not out much if something fails. I have noticed the quality is just as good ( on most tools) as other big box stores that charge a lot more. Friendly and helpful staff too! They go above and beyond at this Dunkirk store. Returns are hassle free. So glad Harbor Freight opened a local store ... I dislike wandering around those big box stores trying to find something. read more
