Dead carts, carts not plugged in to charge, carts setting in the parking lot or abandoned because they died somewhere in the store! Other than Tops, Walmart is the ONLY place in town that provides scooter carts. Now, we can't even depend on those! I'd finally had enough the other day after I picked up a nearly dead cart in the parking lot. I went to complain at the Service desk. There were others their with their own issues. The man working behind the counter raised his voice at everyone and told a girl to shut the lights off, which she did. They then walked off and left everyone standing there! I approached a long time employee to discuss my frustration about this ongoing cart issue. Her answer to me? Well, you know, we don't even have to have carts here. We provide them as a service, but we don't have to WOW, just wow! I asked for the managers name so I could address myself to her directly. I was told Colleen but gee, nobody knew her last name! This Wal mart used to be a great place to shop. Under this manager, it's gone down the tubes. Shelves are bare, shopping carts are full of garbage that employees can't be bothered to remove, customers issues are ignored plus so many more issues Soon, the college kids will be back, joy riding through the store on these essential mobility aids and nobody will say a word! Apparently, handicapped shoppers are not needed, welcomed or respected at Walmart Fredonia. My only recourse is to try to bring my own scooter, which I can't unload and load myself, or drive to Hamburg or Lakewood to cleaner, well stocked, customer oriented shopping experience. Do not shop here. The owners are truly horrific people who lie cheat and steal and then act like prophets of god afterwards.

There is a huge selection, they are located right in the heart of local shopping with a huge parking lot and easy access in and out. The lines sometimes can become long, but the cashiers are super fast and mostly friendly. They do run out of sale items though quite frequently. Returns are very easy and that includes anything you buy there.

This place has a small cafe that serves deli style sandwiches and wraps. There is also numerous gas station store items for purchase as well. I ordered a simple turkey sub and bought a 20 ounce bottle of soda. After I ate I decided to go to my car and try and sleep for a half hour. Just to get some energy to continue driving. I wanted to get a drink from the fountain since they had blueberry lemonade. I was going to taste some then I realized the smell was awful. Like a port a potty so I passed. They had tables to sit at to eat there which was perfect. The staff was very friendly.
