I asked the saleswoman how long the sale was going on for and her response was unsettling because instead of giving me a date, she said "even if you don't have the money now they don't charge you until you pick up the product. They just put a card on file". It took me by surprise, because my intentions were to tell a few friends about the pre-order. My recommendation for the store is to make sure your sales people are being mindful of their language and focus more so on the customers experience than trying to pitch a sale when asked a question.

They scan your feet to find the exact measurements, height of arches, width, etc and then use that info and their expertise to find the right shoe for you. You can test the shoes right outside the store before you buy. It may be a little bit pricey compared to department stores but the quality of the shoe and the quality of the employee interaction combined with the attention to detail is really worth it. The owner of this location is so friendly and knowledgeable, along with the employee who helped me out. I can not recommend this franchise and this Columbia location enough. We are lucky to have them in Columbia to support all the runners here!
