The cashiers here are fast when you get ready to check out. They are pretty knowledgeable too. The customer service is really good here but not great. Me and my friend were in this store for a half hour, and not one person asked if we needed help. The bathrooms are located in the back of the store on the left. You won't have problem with parking right out front. Their clothes are the best in quality for the value spent. I wait till they send me coupons for at least 20 percent off before I go shopping. When I get 30 percent off coupon, I'm here the next day.

This is 7pm at night when I shopping and the back dressing rooms are closed they said to use the ones up front, I go up front there are 5 people waiting ahead of me in line! After a 30 min wait I take in my 5 items allowed feel rushed the whole time then come out to a rude customer saying the people who have less items should go first! The purse air tags were going off ignored the entire time as we shopped! Been in line with one cashier now for 20 more minutes with still 3 people in front of me! The people behind me now are commenting why is only one person checking people out? This is absolutely crazy!

The TJ's is not nearly as good as some I've been to, namely the one in Mt. Pleasant SC on 17 and the one in Brookhaven in Atlanta, so Marshall's wins this round. Needing work shoes - all black, non slip and this time preferably some kind of athletic shoe not the ugly restaurant shoes ubiquitously worn and hated by bartenders and servers everywhere - and voila, done. Black NB with just a little touch of silver threaded through the laces. Good price at under $50. We also perused the other sections and while there were a lot of cute home décor items, we were disciplined and did not stray into that territory. We did find some cute pj's for me, two sets of tank/short duos, one Tahari and one Free People, both under $17. Mom insisted on getting them for me as a spring-into-summer sleeping treat. The very nice gentleman in the pharmacy told me they NEVER answer the phone. Tried to call the central number where a guy named Mohammed told me that because he made a ticket they would answer the phone, guess what, they still did not answer the phone. I was also told that I would need to drive the 40+ minutes back to the store to resolve the matter.

I purchased BP monitor 5/08 returned it yesterday. I asked to put the refund back on the card instead she gave me a gift card. She said the system wouldn't allow her to return it to the card. This morning I went online to reorder a different monitor. I went to checkout entered the gift card number and it posted $6.51 instead of $36.82. I used their automated chat line who always wants to know the issue to direct you to the right person. It always give you a list of pre-made documentation. I asked again for a live agent. I received an agent. We communicated for 20 mins. I know this process to keep the chat from dropping. Muhammad was his name typed he hadn't heard from me. I said I was here. He typed are you there. I said yes then I received a system generated note that he had dropped. I've learned through many help-desk calls with other companies with staff that lack the knowledge to help drops the call. That's what happened here and many times before. That means you have to go through their automated process again. I did and asked for a phone call. The person I talked to knew immediately what happened with my return. For some ungodly reason the employee sent $33 back on the card and the remainder on a gift card but didn't inform me. She said it wouldn't allow her to put it back on the card. We (my family) are long term customers who have experienced the same old scenario for many years. They must think no one can figure out their games. It is a pattern. Sometimes, you can luck up on a wonderful knowledgeable customer focused employee but it is rare like the person who called me. This was my first transaction with Walmart in almost two years. I stopped doing business with them and Amazon. I thought I wasn't going to survive without them but I did. Decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. NOTHING CHANGED. I've CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP.again. Once my refund has processed, I'll be closing my online account. I realized genetic isn't the only cause of my high blood pressure so is Walmart and Amazon as well.
