At $25 a pair, the end of each earring can't be re-attached after taken out of the backing because the hole for the backing to go into wasn't made to be large enough to really fit accurately. You can see from the pics. And jamming that slim metal piece in would just bend it. So these earrings can't be used as earrings. Since we all know how stretched our dollar is these days, not spending on earrings that can't be worn is something to consider.

When my daughter called me at work and told me where she was, and what happened I was so thankful that these associates were so quick thinking and thoughtful. Going forward we are definitely going to be lifelong customers. The two employees working during the mall lockdown today were true heroes. They quickly stepped into action, assisting five teenagers who were shopping in the store when the mall was suddenly put on lockdown. Without hesitation, they guided the teenagers to a secure area in the back of the store, ensuring they felt safe and supported during a frightening situation. The employees made a point to check on them every five minutes, offering reassurance and comfort until the situation was resolved. When my daughter called me at work to explain where she was and what had happened, a wave of relief washed over me. I was immensely grateful for the quick thinking and compassion displayed by these associates. Their actions not only safeguarded my daughter and her friends, but also highlighted their dedication to customer care. Because of this experience, my family and I are committed to being lifelong customers at this store.

The cashiers here are fast when you get ready to check out. They are pretty knowledgeable too. The customer service is really good here but not great. Me and my friend were in this store for a half hour, and not one person asked if we needed help. The bathrooms are located in the back of the store on the left. You won't have problem with parking right out front. Their clothes are the best in quality for the value spent. I wait till they send me coupons for at least 20 percent off before I go shopping. When I get 30 percent off coupon, I'm here the next day.

After hours of looking at other stores they finally found something at Windsor that she was not in love with but purchased it anyway thinking that if she found something that she liked better that she could take it back if she did not wear it. Keep in mind that the sales associates were very snappy and short about helping my wife and daughter. One of them was on the phone with a customer and overheard the interaction between my wife and an associate and snapped off something smart. Well my daughter did find something that she liked better at another store and decided to purchase it. We do not get to Chattanooga that often because we are 30 mins away. When we did get the opportunity to get back to Chattanooga to try and return the items to Windsor it had been 32 days since purchase date and they would not do anything to help us out. Come to find out the store "policy" is 15 days to return for refund and 30 days to return for store credit. First of all these terms are kind of short and second the associates would not do anything to accommodate our circumstance. I did notify the company and got a reply that someone from the company would be reaching out to me to see what they could do but no one did. I have responded several time to that email stating that no one has attempted to reach out to me but I have still not received any kind of response from anyone. I am a rule follower and understand the need for rules and terms but their terms are only printed lightly on the back of the receipt and their terms for refunds are shorter than any I've ever seen. Matter of fact my daughter wife nor I knew the terms until the sales associate point them out on back of the receipt. This is a very difficult company to work with.
