His name was "Knowledge". He was kind, responsive, and just pleasant to talk with. He blessed our day. I had the pot roast and it was excellent! Reminded me of my mother's and grandmothers pot roast. I also had the green beans, black eyed peas and some of my wife's greens. They were all great! My wife had a sweet potato, greens, black eyed peas. She loved them. We ate everything!
