Dave, the owner and plumber quoted me $500.00 for labor. So Dave and his fellow showed up early morning on April 24 and replaced the parts, some points to note: 1- Although they claimed to be Rinnai trained, they did not know that burner box cannot be pulled without removing the top plate, tried wise grip pliers and deformed the collars of burner box. 2- When putting back the flame burner, they stripped one of the screws, now one of the screw is loose, still claimed that it is safe to operate the unit 3- Charged me $100.00 extra claiming the unit was rusty, unit is only 6 years old and as a Rinnai trained plumber he should know that all water appliances do get some rust. Nothing needed to be cut or drilled. 4- Gave verbal labor warranty, no written labor warranty. I had to use this company as Rinnai would only send parts to their "trained" technicians. Arpi's Industries and Romcan heating are two other Rinnai sale/service outlets in Calgary, don't know about their "trained" professionals".

He worked efficiently, explained things to us patiently, even got on the call with a plumber to arrange their part of the job. I would contact Colz for any electrical work, big or small. They have been the best electricians I've ever had in Calgary.

The thing that really stood out for me was how kind, courteous and considerate they were to my tenants even when I wasn't around. I asked him to get his tools he said no, he didn't need them. Subsequently he had to make many trips out to his van to get his tools and spend the majority of the time on the phone with his boss, guide him through the procedure. The technician had no idea how to fix a boiler and should never had been sent out to fix one . Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Save your money and get some other company. 2 1/2h later and that boiler was still not working 490$ bill for nothing.
