Excellent value for the money, and his rate is much more affordable than big furnace companies (the service he provided was also much better - he found multiple problems and solved them right away). He showed me all of the issues and made sure I knew what my options were to address them, letting me know the price of each option up front. He is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, is very efficient, and has excellent customer service. Adrian also installed our Nest thermostat for us and took time to show me how it operates (again, charged less than big furnace companies and have us a three year extension on our Nest Warranty as he is a certified Nest Pro Installer). Once I made a decision to replace two furnaces, two humidifiers, one air conditioner I was given a firm quote with a start and finish date. Simon and Danny were the two gentlemen that showed up on time despite a large dump of snow. They removed the old furnaces and installed the new furnaces one at a time. At no time was our house uncomfortable during a cold period. They said two and half days. The removal, install was completed on schedule. Everything was left tidy and clean. Both Simon and Danny were very knowledgeable and courteous. Both Simon and Danny were well trained and knew the products they were installing. It's super important to me as a Grandmother to feel good about the quality of air my new family member is taking in! Especially because of the horrible things you hear of that is shoved into the ductwork of a new build. This man spent 45 minutes sealing the ductwork (that he is not normally paid for) because it was not done properly by the builders. It was just enough to pass I assume a "paid off" inspector. These homes are going up so fast things are barely if at all done to code. The furnace is 10 years old now and the motor is leaking. But Keith is honest and top notch. This business deserves the awards that has been listed on the website. Most of all for being honest, honourable, living up to its word and treating the clients with respect and generosity. How much more can you ask for? If you are needing your furnace maintenances and ductwork cleaned I cannot recommend this business enough. I am so impressed. Side note: Renters are so desperate that they are like me paying out of pocket to bring the rental up to a standard of quality that it should be mandatory by the city of Calgary. Landlords are having a hard time especially because of the higher taxes and interest rates collecting from the owners. It's sad that when asking a landlord to replace a ( black) moldy rubber seal on a washer. Have the black mold cleaned out of the detergent container, channel and barrel only to a response "that he can not afford to pay any more to up keep his investment" sadly because of inflation and the rent barely covers the mortgage at this time. He was able to come the following evening when I was home from work. With all his gear in hand he assured me that this was probably a routine quick job. After about 30 minutes he had the drain flowing and right as rain. His rates are fairly reasonable and he doesn't charge extra if he has to come in the evenings when you are home from work.
