Saw a distiller and I was happily surprised by the price. Other places were selling the same or same distillers for at least $200-300 more. Time was limited so I quickly picked one up. When I got home install was easy, since the staff was quite knowledgeable and gave me a "how to" before I left. The machine I bought did have a problem. The tech support was awesome, and we tried problem solving it over the phone, for a couple hours but to no success. The next step was either I bring it back down to Calgary or they come to me, and they came to me... at no charge. It is their guarantee that you are happy with their product. This was going above and beyond in my books for service. They fixed the machine in an hour and even helped me set up and sterilize it. Working great ever since! Would recommend this place to others.

The technicians yang came in were friendly, professional and absolutely knew their products. They took our old reverse osmosis tank and teed it in for extra water storage, they removed all our old system and disposed them in their office. Their install was efficient and clean, and post install instructions and walk through were top notch. Don't waste your money on other systems. My fiance…read moreis very particular about the water she uses for drinking, watering, cooking with etc. and so we bought a very large Brita container which we keep in the fridge. It takes up lots of room and is a nuisance to fill up every 3 or 4 days. I was first introduced to Mountain Fresh Canada where I work where each floor had a mountain fresh system connected to the kitchen faucet system. Not that I drink a lot of water but I never heard of any complaints about the system. I figured I would give them a quick call for pricing and info. They were very informative and answered most of my questions. They mentioned that there is a carbon filter including a .4 micron filter and .2 micron filter. I have a Water Engineer buddy that provided me some background on the water systems in general and said the only difference these systems will make will be in regards to the carbon filtration systems. He said if they try to sell you on anything else (additional filters) you are being fooled. I asked about the micron filters and they did validate some of my comments but explained that these filters would make the water safe in case of a water boil advisory. Chances of that are slim any time soon (I get there was one during the flood) but still a bit of a bonus. All that being said, I was looking for a system where the filters would last relatively long, not a pain to change, do not take up much room and a reasonable price. Of the first filter to be changed would be after 5 years and I can't remember the price but I know it was very reasonable. I couldn't really find another filter system with these factors, either from another installer or off the shelve. I decided to go with their system I set up a time for installer to come by which he was not only on time but 1/2 hr early :). It took him less than an 1hr to set it up, including drilling the hole in the quartz and installing it. No issues with set up. It took up very little room under the sink and I was able to put back everything we had. System works and the water tastes great.

Decided to get a second opinion as I did not feel real confident with the tech. Mr. Rooter dispatch was so pleasant and sent Konrad out to investigate. He actually got through the problem with very little effort and put us at easy. He was punctual, very neat and tidy and also did free plumbing inspection. He also left us with info on how to care for the drains so we do not have another occurrence. I was extremely happy and grateful.
