Super disappointed with the lack of customer service. They are super hard to reach our pick up time was 3 PM the bus driver didn't show up until 330 taking up 30 minutes of our three hour rental. We didn't even get an apology and still had to pay the full price which was ridiculous to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend. The only good thing is that we didn't have a set time to be somewhere. Do not recommend. The driver was 20 minutes late and when he extended the time at the end to make up for it, I was charged an additional $75 for the extra time. They claim he was only 5 minutes late but I have the time on my phone when he called to say he was going to be late which was 5 minutes after pick up time and it took him another 10 to 15 minutes to get to the house. At the end we didn't get any extra time (maybe 10 minutes at best) but got charge for 45 minutes. Just be cautious if you decide to use them. read more

We used this company to take 10 people to the Galveston cruise terminal for a family vacation (mostly because it was the cheapest option). Well, I guess you get what you pay for, because the day they picked us up they were 30 minutes early, and then tried to rush us to load the bus when we were still waiting on three people to arrive. Then the bus didn't have working AC; so we had to go to their office to get another bus....unloaded one bus, loaded the second one, driving down the road...that bus's AC doesn't work either!! They picked us up after the cruise. They weren't supposed to get there until 930/10 am, but he said he'd been there since 9 waiting on us. This bus was so FILTHY I didn't even want to sit in it. There were soda/alcohol stains and residue all over the seats, cup holders, and rails. There was liquid in most of the cup holders, as well as the "ice chests" they have at the front of the bus. We had to clean the seats with baby wipes before we even felt somewhat comfortable sitting on them. The driver kept saying they used the bus for a bachelorette party the night before; I guess they just "forgot" to clean it. Thankfully the AC on this bus worked. When we talked to the "manager" about the horrible quality of service, they refused to do anything; they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of the first two busses or the dirty state of the third bus. They refused to give us any kind of refund, but said we can have 10% off our next service with them. Like I'd be stupid enough to use their crappy service again. Horrible horrible place, don't go there, EVER. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

I'd like to say that I have used Big H party bus about two years ago and had a wonderful experience. They were very professional and the driver was super nice, but I don't know what happened this time I used them (2 weeks ago). I am hoping the reasoning is that they changed management and this is not how they normally run their business. Let me start with that their voicemail is full, so I couldn't leave a message, and I really wanted to use them since I had such a great experience with them recently and because they have a great price. I didn't know the "great price" was going to result in the worst party bus experience in my life. I asked the person who was managing everything, Max, if he could give me the driver's contact information. After following up multiple times and him not answering my phone calls, he finally gave it to me 2 hours before the bus is supposed to arrive. Now, I had wished I could cancel and find something else, but with it being so close to the time and already paid the deposit, I had to deal with what I could get which was frustrating and stressful! I call the driver just wanting to confirm details, make sure a bus is still coming, well the guy which I think his name is Daniel or Dave, acts like I called the wrong number and is like there is no party bus, then right after, he says, "I'm just fucking with you". I awkwardly chuckled because again I'm in this position that this is all I got or I'm going to lose my deposit and have to pay for another way of transportation. Great freaking start of the night! He arrives, I had paid for the 25 person bus (got the 20 person bus). Not everyone could sit comfortably. Luckily, we were okay with standing and just wanted to have a great time and not let these issues get in the way of our fun. We arrive, and the driver pulls me aside for the payment of the bus. He tells me where is the cash? Umm what?? No one told me to bring cash, and it is not in the contract. He's frustrated and says, "I don't care what anyone told you, I'm the owner, you were supposed to bring cash". Sorry, dude, I have a card, so he charges me on my card (don't know why it was such a big deal and honestly, thank goodness I didn't bring cash. There wouldn't have been a receipt and who knows if he would have picked us back up!). The whole time he's putting my card information in, he's complaining about how far it was and he would have never agreed to this drive and the price. Who complains to their customer?! This was all very unprofessional, but again, what the hell can I do at this moment? He's our ride and there are 25 people I need to think about getting back home! I wasn't going to let him ruin our night (we went to a concert). Well one of people in the group wanted to go lay down, so I had told him to let me know when he is in the parking lot that there is someone who wants to lay down, and he replies with "Sorry, I don't let drunk people sit on the bus because they throw up...", I replied with, "She's just tired, but okay." And he replies with "Lol!" I'm just astonished with how these people are treating me. I paid for this bus, I put a deposit down, and this is all on me. If I want to throw up on this bus, I will throw up on this bus! So, my friend ubered home ($50 dollar uber). Concert is over, and bad experience going back. We finally arrive back, and just fyi, I'm completely sober so he's not dealing with someone drunk. I clean up the whole bus, it probably was cleaner than we got it because I'm trying to get my deposit back. Well after two weeks from the party bus trip and constantly following up like every day "still haven't received my deposit", I finally got it today. I was waiting to post this and was being super cordial the whole time because they had this deposit over my head. I will never use them again and I hope no one ever experiences what I experienced. The whole experience was super unprofessional! I'm glad I don't ever have to talk to these people again! I've never been more frustrated and annoyed with a business in my life! I scheduled the Pink Panther party bus for my daughter's graduation event. I read on the website some past customers had problems with the bus either not showing up or not working properly. I spoke with the Big H party bus representative and told her if the bus is not available to let me know in advance. On the evening of the event, the bus that showed up was not the Pink Panther and I did not receive a call in advance. Needless to say my daughter was very disappointed. I was told the bus that was sent in the Pink Panther's place was an upgraded bus, however, that was not what I ordered. I was quoted the price of $575 which included gratuity. When the driver got to my house, he told me that he was required to add a 20% gratuity to the bill. When I told him the gratuity was included in the price, he said that he had to charge the gratuity as a part of company policy. I paid the fees and thought I would get everything straightened out on Monday. After several calls to the company(8), I finally got a return call from the manager on Tuesday. The gratuity was not charged to my credit card and the driver was in error The manager was very professionally and while I did not agree with the resolution, I did appreciate him addressing my concerns. I was told he would give me a 10% discount if I booked with the company again and a free hour. I would not use this company again. I read the contract thoroughly or so I thought. The contract states if the bus you requested is not available an upgraded bus will be sent in its place. read more

I contracted to rent the pink panther party bus as described on the website. Without notifying me, they exchanged another bus, which was pink on the outside, but was just gray and dingy on the inside, nothing at all like the pink panther. Their contract does give them the right to substitute a bus, but only for an upgrade, "never for a downgrade". If no upgrade is available, the customer is to be given an option to change or to receive additional discounts. I was never even notified that their would be a change, and when I complained, I was told that this other bus was "newer" and therefore an upgrade. I would not recommend them read more

I would not recommend this company. Business Summary: Customer service was terrible. The driver was late. The driver did not take care of payment services at the beginning of the trip because he was late and/or forgot. The driver asked for an all cash payment to cover his tracks by texting me repeatedly while I was at an event. The company did not apologize or offer restitution for causing me to leave my events on multiple occasions to speak with the driver about finding a way to get him an all cash payment to pay for his boss's flat tire. The buses are outdated (chipped tinting, ceiling was falling down, poor audio) and not up to par with competing companies. Additional complaints: This company tried manipulate our party for a cash payment after charging my credit card. The driver disrupted the entire night by texting me all night long to inform me that his boss was "in an emergency" and that a cash payment was necessary (later revealed that they wanted cash that instant and were willing to interrupt my night to try and get it because another driver had a flat tire and didn't have payment for the tow truck). When I refused a cash payment because a credit card was on file with the company and had already been partially charged, the driver told me that my credit card was not working. A bank statement indicating that the company had already charged the card for the first of the two payments was presented to the driver and bank records showing that there were no declined payments and the card's active status was given to the driver. The driver insisted on speaking to myself, the contract holder alone, and attempted to take me to an ATM so that he could receive a cash payment at that moment while I was still paying for driving services to locations other than an ATM. I offered a second credit card, requesting that both parties agree to execute a receipt or contract and void any future charges to the first card and state the amount of charges that would be billed to the second card and the driver refused my proposal for payment to which they claimed was in order. The next day my card that "was not working" had a charge for the rest of the payment that was due. The company later explained that they wouldn't sign anything saying that only one card would be charged for the payment due by comparing to the fact that "you wouldn't do that at a bar if they said your card was declined". Well, I haven't had an $800 bar tab lately and I don't usually give the bar a scanned copy of multiple credit cards, so I can't quite find the relation in the two scenarios. After services were rendered a complaint was filed. The company did not respond to my email. I called and got ahold of Max. The company responded by stating that I could only blame myself. They later apologized by saying that the driver was covering himself by asking for an all cash payment so that he did not lose his job. Based on the above, I would not recommend the company to anyone. Compares low to other party bus services in the Houston area. read more

When the bus arrived I was ecstatic while entering the bus I was disappointed on how it looked in the inside the seat was torn and ripped, it was filthy while walking through the bus the bottom of our shoe was sticking to the floor. When we started to travel the AC was not cooling down the bus. My guest was very uncomfortable and hot, some of them had heat related illness: nauseous, sweating profusely. We were supposed to get a black one they sent a pink one with no ac, the guy showed up late, took us to the first stop and left us there for an hour and a half when we said we'd be back in 20 minutes. He left us on the side of the road for that long then another driver showed up with the worst excuses! as to why they took so long. Then he wanted full payment before taking back off. We didn't trust him when he said he was gonna put gas so four guys stayed on the bus while he was going to pump gas. Turns out he went passed multiple gas stations to meet up with two fat guys in a pick up truck. we over heard them saying that there were four guys so they can't do it. Do what leave us? Again!
